  Maintenance is SOO FREAKING BAD. You've to call & go in person multiple times to get them to address it - no matter the category of issue. Check your options before you apply/move.

  I want to start off by saying WOW! The Bella Vista staff was exceptionally helpful. The assitant manager Dylan helped me out and he was so patient and so helpful with all the questions that we had. His tour was thorough and it gave us a nice feel of the place. Can't wait to be back!

  Definitely not recommend this apartment, the leasing office is not responsive nor helpful. The garbage place is always full of trash, the stair hallway is dirty and lights are not working properly. During my stay, I live with 30 dB constant noise from the maintenance room for 15days until someone come to fix it.

  My largest bedroom closet was repurposed without my consent. Greatly reducing my usable storage in a very small apartment. Leaving my living room a mess while I consider the financial impact of off site storage costs or breaking my lease. I also had NO key access to my apartment for 5 days and only was given 5 day notice that this would happen with no recourse or consultation. This project was not mentioned when I renewed only a couple months ago!!! The modifications adds a wall more than 2ft thick reducing the internal usable size of apartment.
