  Just moved here and so far the property is enjoyable. Freeway access is very easy, and the rooftop is nice. The office has been very welcoming.

  lived here for almost a year and honestly had a really positive experience. The property was always kept clean, maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and I never had any major issues during my stay. I especially want to thank Isabella and Cynthia. They were both amazing to work with from day one. Anytime I had a question or needed help with something, they were always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to find people who make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident, but they definitely did. Overall, I had a great experience living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

  Me and my family moved in recently and we have loved the experience so far . Cynthia ,Isabella Erika and Taylor have all been helpful . Downsizing from our home has been challenging but they made this easy for us . I’m looking forward to the events , they recently had a flower station for Mother’s Day, it was so cute .

  The Marke is easily one of the best apartment communities in Santa Ana / South Coast Metro. The leasing office team is fantastic — professional, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities are outstanding. The rooftop pool, fitness center, bowling alley, ping pong, pool tables, shuffleboard, lobby snacks and drinks, and on-site meal prep options make the property feel incredibly convenient and high-end. There’s also a strong fitness and wellness culture here, which gives the community a really positive vibe. As someone in real estate, I also think the value makes sense for the area. The price per square foot pencils when you factor in the location, amenities, and overall lifestyle. Highly recommend checking it out.

  Goated experience One of the door hinges was loose and eventually came off Legit they fixed it within an HOUR !!! Top tier service love this place
