  I moved to The Aspens Fairhaven in April, and after only a few months, I can honestly say it already feels like home. From day one, we felt welcomed. Lynn was amazing when she gave us our first tour—she took the time to show us around and made us feel comfortable from the start. By the end of the tour, we had pretty much fallen in love with the property. Patrick and Adam, have also been wonderful. They are always attentive, approachable, and willing to help. It really makes a difference knowing that the people managing your community genuinely care about the residents and the property. One of my favorite things about living here is coming home after a long day at work. Walking through the beautiful pathways, passing the streams filled with fish, and hearing the birds in the aviary is sometimes all you need to relax and forget about the day. It honestly feels like a little escape from everything outside. The community is peaceful, clean, and I feel very safe here. The neighbors we’ve met have been friendly, and you can tell many of the residents also take pride in keeping the community looking nice. I have seen a few reviews mentioning the noise from gardeners and maintenance crews, but personally, I see that very differently. A property this beautiful doesn’t maintain itself! The amount of work that goes into the landscaping, streams, common areas, and grounds is obvious, and I appreciate seeing that level of care. And the maintenance team deserves its own recognition. After living in apartments for almost 15 years, I have never experienced a maintenance crew this efficient and dedicated. Recently, I submitted a request regarding my air conditioning, and they were there the very next day. That kind of responsiveness has been consistent with our experience here. After several months, I can genuinely say that moving to The Aspens was a great decision. From the management and maintenance team to the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere, we are extremely happy to call this place home.

  My daughter and grandson have lived at the Aspens Fairhaven for the past 5 years and we all love it. The garden-forest landscaping makes for a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. We enjoy the wildlife that visit daily and the privacy our unit provides. It is very secure and has a wonderful walking trail along the adjacent river bed which flow into parks in both directions. The grounds are well-maintained and the tennis courts, pools and gym are often available. There's no place like this in the OC and we are happy the owners take pride in this property.
