  I move out of here because of management That Noemi Lady was so unprofessional and felt racist towards how she was lasted there 2 months because of my two service animals that she didn’t want one of them because it didn’t have an eye and on top of that the apartment always had issue no hot water apartment in the inside was old they just painted it over the old walls fridge broken no microwave and no deposit back the other lady in management also was always on her phone when need it help and worst experience living there glad I move out were we are not treated different I definitely wouldn’t give them not even 1 star just because of the management worst experience there

  first i’d like to say the only reason i give this rating a 2 star is because of laura she’s great if it wasn’t for her i’d give it a 1 star.. I lived in this apartment one lease term after previously living in another complex for years. As my experience here was disappointing. The apartment was just was to small for what i was paying. @ first i was thinking okay less to clean but no … as i have a few complaints … i just stayed there to finish my lease .. i knew a few months in I wasn’t going to STAY there much longer … What was most frustrating, though, was move-out. While I didn’t leave the apartment filthy, and I’m not expecting a perfect inspection, I was charged $310 for cleaning and another $310 for painting. Totaling $620 which felt unreasonable for a one bedroom.my previous complex that i had a 2 bed charged me less than $150 for cleaning!!! & NO paint charge! I rarely leave negative reviews. I would not choose to live here again.

  It is with great pleasure that we rate Laura the manager a 5 star! From the beginning of the process she was extremely helpful, kind and professional. The Arbor is centrally located and accessible to shops, bank, restaurant and other areas. Since this is a recent move (less than 1 month)at a later time we will be able to provide feedback about the living experience at The Arbor!

The common hallways, for example, would be better maintained with more frequent cleaning—such as weekly vacuuming. Similarly, the amenities, including the pool and spa, could be kept in cleaner condition. The parking area is also quite dark at night, which can feel somewhat unsafe. The units themselves are reasonably sized, which is a positive. However, they would greatly benefit from updated kitchens and bathrooms, including new cabinetry and modern plumbing fixtures. Given the monthly rent of $2,400 for a one-bedroom unit, these upgrades seem like a reasonable expectation. The neighborhood atmosphere is another aspect that could improve. Interactions among residents tend to feel less welcoming, with more complaints than friendly exchanges. On a positive note, the property manager is very friendly and approachable, and she does a good job within the scope of her responsibilities. Looking ahead, I am concerned about the summer months, as the units tend to become extremely hot. Hopefully, residents will become more engaged with one another, and the pool area can serve as a more enjoyable and social space during the warmer season. ⸻ Thank you

  Hi I normally don’t do reviews but this one is well worth it. I want to thank Laura for everything she’s done since day one at The beginning I was searching for different places But she was constantly making sure to answer all my questions and all my needs. She make sure to follow up constantly and I’ve been here for the past Four months and she’s super helpful and problems solver At the beginning Of renting in this place, I had a misunderstanding about what The manager on duty had explained to me, but thanks to Laura. She was able to fix it. And make the moving so smoothly. So if you guys are looking for a great management experience and place to live, please talk to Laura.
