  Sheila and September were amazing to work with! We had many hiccups due to technical issues, outside of their control, but they were still able to get us moved in in a timely manner.

  I have lived here for five years now, and I do love it. It Is a quiet friendly community. Maintenance is very prompt in fixing any issues that I put in a maintenance request for. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly. For me though, I’ve always always had an issue with the landscape. This is an older community, whose owners do not understand how much landscape has the ability to improve people’s lives. Owners have let the landscape continue to decline. Never adding any budget for improvements.

  Good place to live. Near grocery stores, shopping centers, and close to freeway entrances in almost all directions. Plenty of street parking and guest spots on site. Beautiful location with little duckies. Only downside is people taking advantage of how nice this place is. Leaving cigarettes everywhere and dog poop. Workers are doing their best on trying to maintain the cleanliness but it’s too much on them due to the increase of people just not picking up after themselves which sucks. They have little fun things planned for the community other than that. Just wish people would be cleaner.

  Just moved into the community and the process was so smooth! Sheila made us feel so so welcome and we are so excited to move our little family into our new home. September was so kind and quick to reply to any questions we had.

  Living at Lake Dianne Apartments was truly a pleasure, and honestly one of the most pleasant places I have lived in all my years of renting. As a military service member, I moved around quite a bit, and I have stayed in many apartments over the years. Lake Dianne is by far one of my top choices and a place I will always remember with appreciation. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. The lake surrounding the apartments creates such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the community — the ducks, squirrels, raccoons, and other little critters all added to the charm of living there. The grounds are well kept, and the whole area has a very welcoming feel. The office staff was always kind, helpful, and accommodating, and I especially appreciated how honest and respectful they were throughout my time there. The maintenance team was also great and did a wonderful job keeping the property cared for. A huge thank you to September, Jordan, Denia, and the maintenance team for all your help, patience, and kindness. I am very thankful for the time and care you gave. I also want to give a special thank you to Chloe and Tim from the Apartment Life Team. I really appreciated the welcoming packet they presented to me when I moved in, and the cookies were delicious. It was a thoughtful way to welcome me into the community and made me feel at home right away. The community events were always fun, welcoming, and a great way to feel connected. I appreciated how much effort you both put into making new tenants feel at home and for creating opportunities for people to engage with one another. It really made my time there more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, updated, and conveniently located near many amenities. The rent is competitive, especially compared to other places that do not offer the same peaceful setting, location, or overall experience. The team at Lake Dianne truly does a great job caring for both the tenants and the property. I highly recommend Lake Dianne Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. It is a beautiful community with a great team behind it. Thank you, Team Dianne.
