  We have been living here almost a year now. I have never been in a community where you feel so welcomed. The Apartment Life Team that runs the events are great. They listen when have suggestions. The events are fun. From food trucks to morning coffee and donuts before work. The wild life is fun. I have 2 cats who enjoy watching the ducks and squirrels. And everyone here is super nice! Everyone is quick with a hello or how are you and a smile. Definitely a place I can continue to call home.

  Living at Lake Dianne Apartments was truly a pleasure, and honestly one of the most pleasant places I have lived in all my years of renting. As a military service member, I moved around quite a bit, and I have stayed in many apartments over the years. Lake Dianne is by far one of my top choices and a place I will always remember with appreciation. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. The lake surrounding the apartments creates such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and I really enjoyed seeing the wildlife around the community — the ducks, squirrels, raccoons, and other little critters all added to the charm of living there. The grounds are well kept, and the whole area has a very welcoming feel. The office staff was always kind, helpful, and accommodating, and I especially appreciated how honest and respectful they were throughout my time there. The maintenance team was also great and did a wonderful job keeping the property cared for. A huge thank you to September, Jordan, Denia, and the maintenance team for all your help, patience, and kindness. I am very thankful for the time and care you gave. I also want to give a special thank you to Chloe and Tim from the Apartment Life Team. I really appreciated the welcoming packet they presented to me when I moved in, and the cookies were delicious. It was a thoughtful way to welcome me into the community and made me feel at home right away. The community events were always fun, welcoming, and a great way to feel connected. I appreciated how much effort you both put into making new tenants feel at home and for creating opportunities for people to engage with one another. It really made my time there more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, updated, and conveniently located near many amenities. The rent is competitive, especially compared to other places that do not offer the same peaceful setting, location, or overall experience. The team at Lake Dianne truly does a great job caring for both the tenants and the property. I highly recommend Lake Dianne Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. It is a beautiful community with a great team behind it. Thank you, Team Dianne.

  My daughter and I love living here, feels like home, September is very prompt to take care of any issues, maintenance staff are so nice and fast, always cleaning around the complex, just the neighbor down stairs is very loud and has 2 men renting the living room, in some way it feels uncomfortable, other than that no complaints we love it here!!

  My family and I moved out of Lake Dianne today 5/11/26, because of a 13-month structural failure and animal infestation that management failed to permanently resolve. We endured over a year of animals in the attic/ceiling of Unit B005. Management’s proposed 'solution' was daily, unscheduled maintenance entries rather than fixing the actual structural entry points in the roof. My experience with the Property Manager, September, was consistently unprofessional. I observed a clear pattern of differential treatment, she was cooperative with my wife but frequently argumentative, dismissive, and confrontational with me. When we sought a habitable relocation, we were offered units that were smaller and listed for less than our current rental rate. They deemed this “comparable” but obviously our unit (B005) was valuable since its now listed for over $3k. They denied our request for relocation assistance as they deemed breaking our lease sufficient. The property is beautiful but beware, it does attract a lot of unhoused individuals that rummage through the trash, mailboxes are constantly being broken into, and you will have to pick up your mail at the post office. Also, keep in mind the water is constantly being shut off due to “emergency leaks”. Also, if you plan to move into unit B005, the neighbors at B002 will constantly double park their vehicle and block you from pulling in and coming out and will get aggressive when you asked them to move their vehicle. They threatened another tenant with a beer bottle, the property manager was made aware of this altercation and only sent out a warning email to the entire community instead of handling the issue with the problematic neighbor. Overall, if you are looking for a management team that values residents, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
