  New manager Aliah is great, things are taken care of really quick and efficiently. Started on a sour note with previous team, really happy things worked out how they did. Good basic apartments and maintenance is fast. I like that they changed landscaping as well looks more clean, got out of service vehicles to move so Im able to park closer to my apartment in open parking.

  Aliah is her name. ... Just like the star and singer Aliah.. let's make that Clear Wow, this Beautiful young lady came in on a transition when the old Property Manager was no longer in position. We had no Property Manager for a while. We went through people that were from a temp Agency. Finally, Aliah came.... I had a situation where I was waiting for the property Manager to resolve a on going problem---long story short this young lady fought hard for me. She Asked over and over again for the company to assist me in helping me resolve my situation. One day I looked in her eyes and the look in her eyes was so sincere she really wanted to help me After me coming into the office over and over again. Some people will say they want to help you But deep down inside, you know they're not sincere Her eyes told me a story --have you ever looked in a person's eyes and really saw their heart. This is what I saw in this young lady. I entered into the office, not happy at all and the look on my face told the story Her assistant let me know that it was gonna be taken care of that. Aliah went somewhere maybe to another office on my behalf to make sure the problem was resolved. Finally, it was completed Shout out young lady you came in during a very tough time and you weathered the storm I hope and pray Valencia at Gail Ranch understands and recognize the quality of woman that you are. Thumbs up !

  I live here. It isn't good. There is so much trash everywhere all the time. Just witnessed someone throwing trash away throw some old food it to the bushes and say "it's for the birds". There is a huge problem with wildlife here already. Someone leaves pet food on sidewalks. My dog finds bones in the bushes daily. There are raccoons in the dumpster every night. And to top it all off someone stole tires off of cars in the parking lot a few night ago. This place is a mess

  Moved in a few months ago and we are extremely delighted with our decision. Corina Fong( property manager) made the move-in process extremely easy and stress free she goes above and beyond, herself and the management staff are amazing. Any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The building is kid friendly and overall a great place to stay!

  The response for any maintenance request is at it’s worst in term of the time . The front desk representative has the most ignorant rough attitude.as if you asking her for a favor not work. The club house just open during business hours and will be locked after .if you needed during weekend you will have to pay for it. The packages delivered at your door steps being stolen all the times. The cleaning periodic time for stairs and entrance is relatively long if you consider the number of residents so you often find dirty spots along the stairs. Their main system website is having issues most of the time.resulting in conflict information about your lease and payment. The water heating system is loud and super noisy. Wouldn’t recommend this for any future residents.
