  I live here. It isn't good. There is so much trash everywhere all the time. Just witnessed someone throwing trash away throw some old food it to the bushes and say "it's for the birds". There is a huge problem with wildlife here already. Someone leaves pet food on sidewalks. My dog finds bones in the bushes daily. There are raccoons in the dumpster every night. And to top it all off someone stole tires off of cars in the parking lot a few night ago. This place is a mess

  I renewed my lease 10 months ago, and they increased the rent by $300. After that, the property got a new owner, and we received a notification that construction would begin and last for 3 months. However, it has now been 7 months. They finished the construction, and it seemed like we could finally sleep peacefully, but then they started construction again. Now it begins at 8 AM and continues all day, and I constantly hear the noise. The property management basically tells us to go to hell and says that if we want to move out, we have to pay a $2,700 penalty, or take them to court — they don’t care.

  Valencia at Gale Ranch is a wonderful place to call home, nestled in a peaceful and it offers a refreshing pool for those warm summer days and a convenient on-site gym for staying active. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully equipped with modern essentials like a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer, making daily chores a breeze. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the professional management and responsive maintenance team. I genuinely enjoy living here!

  Moved in a few months ago and we are extremely delighted with our decision. Corina Fong( property manager) made the move-in process extremely easy and stress free she goes above and beyond, herself and the management staff are amazing. Any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The building is kid friendly and overall a great place to stay!

  The response for any maintenance request is at it’s worst in term of the time . The front desk representative has the most ignorant rough attitude.as if you asking her for a favor not work. The club house just open during business hours and will be locked after .if you needed during weekend you will have to pay for it. The packages delivered at your door steps being stolen all the times. The cleaning periodic time for stairs and entrance is relatively long if you consider the number of residents so you often find dirty spots along the stairs. Their main system website is having issues most of the time.resulting in conflict information about your lease and payment. The water heating system is loud and super noisy. Wouldn’t recommend this for any future residents.
