  Just did the move in inspection with Abdul. He explained things clearly and documented the condition of the unit. Patricia and Stephanie are nice and courteous too.

  The maintenance guy Abdul is very helpful,any problems that I had with him he had it fix right away, he’s a nice guy too , thanks 👍

  I had multiple issues in my bathroom, Abdul came and immediately took care of all the issues. He replaced the tub spout and cleaned the blocked drain. Then he cleaned everything and replaced the light that was out. It is very comforting to know that Deer Creek has a professional maintenance team. For the last few years I’ve had nothing but positive encounters with Abdul and now Carlos.

  DeerCreek has been a very pleasant place to live. The property is clean and well maintained, the residents I’ve met are kind and friendly, and I appreciate the easy access to nature and nearby walking areas. My apartment is comfortable and nicely designed. One of my favorite features is that deliveries come directly to my door, including large packages and food deliveries, which makes daily life much easier. The maintenance team has been excellent. Abdul and Carlos are helpful, responsive, and always pleasant to deal with. Henry does a great job keeping the common areas clean, and Patricia and Stephanie have also been kind, approachable, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. A couple of minor drawbacks: depending on the location of your apartment, the walk to the trash room can be fairly long, units facing the pool may hear more pool noise than expected, and I have had a few billing errors that required follow-up. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience living here and appreciate both the community and the staff.

  Abdul and Carlos are very nice and knowledgable, I am new to the community and Abdul made me feel welcome and very comfortable and reassured me that if i had any concerns to reach out to the office and they can notify maintenance who will jump right on it and get the task done. I also had a great experience with Carlos very very nice knew exactly how to repair different little quirks, from moving in to getting support I am so happy that I am moved here it feels very good that you have workers like Abdul and Carlos on your team. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!!
