- LCL Cipolla2 days ago1.0Shapell - Corporate does not respond to tenant complaints Living at Deer Creek for the last 4 years, I know of not one person who is happy with management. 2 out of 3 have complained to Shapell. Shapell has ignored every complaint to everyone I've ever spoken to. Shapell is not interested in tenants rights, Fair Housing, or accommodations for those with disabilities. Apparently the abusive behavior is condoned by the Executive Team.

The maintenance has been excellent and far superior than other places I’ve lived. And I would like to say thank you to both Abdul and Marlon for always taking care of any issues I have.

I spoke with Ms. Marry to let her know I had no hot water period in my Unit B 308 in Building B. And this was an Emergency because this morning I had to take a cold shower. I am a Senior 72 yrs old. And that not good for nobody. Marry said she would send a notification right away to see if someone cold come out ASAP. And right away Mr. Abdul showed up to fix the problem. I am so very grateful for Mr. Abdul for fixing the Problem. He had to replace the Faucet head in my bathtub. And now I have hot water. I am not sure how replacing the Bathtub head anything to do with not having hot water in the rest of my 1 bedroom apartment. Again I am so very grateful for having hot water now.
