  What I like most about this place is the outside creek flowing and huge pine trees. They have open space near the creek where family can hang out and pinic. Staff are very reponsive to service request. I want to thank a few staff: Joe Allen for placing me at the appropriate location for my safety and wellbeing. Brianna Smith for resolving the smell issue around my condo. Alfredo for carefully installing my patio screen to keep the flies out. Lastly, since the condos have been built for quite sometime, I recommend to see the unit you want to rent prior to contracting.

  Great community, lots of events for the residents and kids. Spacious outdoor area with ducks, geese, and wildlife. Friendly staff.

  I got very lucky and found this place. Moved in about 2 months ago, the staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance responds right away! It's a quiet, clean, safe and peaceful environment.

  I looked at leasing at this location -- absolutely TERRIBLE service trying to call the office. They don't bother to really answer any questions. I was told someone would call me the next day -- never did. I called back, and Brianna answered and immediately stopped listening to what I said. If you want any information, you have to make sure to call them to follow up. If they don't like your questions, they will chuckle under their breaths. I was very interested in this location, and I had several questions due to not being able to visit the property physically. The assistant manager, Brianna, immediately mentioned when I called that I had texted an hour prior. I apologized and stated that I had come up with several more questions. Maybe it's nicer to live at, but my experience with the assistant manager was awful. I told her I felt disrespected by her chuckling and asked her to stop, to which she laughed. They cannot confirm if they delete your information or not from an unsubmitted application, it just doesn't show up for them. There is no confirmation that anything was deleted or the closure of the account made. I have not found a way to delete it on my end.
