I have been meaning to post this since last year August but wanted to give management time to fix the issues or see how long does it take for them to get noticed it’s been a year and the issues are still present and I’m blown away at how this has not been caught by Property management, specially when they do inspections of apartments every four months, which is such a inconvenience to the tenants yet they have failed to do basic maintenance around the complex Which would ensure tenant safety. 1. Lights-Lights have been out in most of the carports and common areas such as the grass areas for almost a year. I attached the pictures. The Indian lady in the office (Assistant manager) Informed some of the tenants that lights will only be replaced once a year because the owner is unable to financially take the burden of it. We are paying $3000.00 a month “ Yet the owner doesn’t have the financial means to fix the lights on premises” Due to the poor lighting, there has been a elderly tenant who fell and has contacted a lawyer… 2. Multiple tenants have complained about the Assistant Manager Sangeeta, for being rude to minority kids (Picking on them when they’re by themselves) telling them they can’t walk alone Yet we have other kids who she does not enforce the rules on. 3. Garage: if I’m not mistaken, we have 10 buildings each building has eight apartments yet this place only has 10 garages And place the tenants on a waiting list. It has come to my knowledge that despite being on the list for 3 yrs, I saw a garage that was empty, and another tenant moved their stuff into it. When I asked the tenant how long he had been living here he inform me he has only been here for one year, which clearly shows favoritism on the management side. 4. Garbage-good luck if you get a apartment by the dumpster…the garage gets full with outside dumping and you have to smell it till it gets emptied out… Not to mention the due to the overflow of garbage tenants, do not have a place to put their garbage. 5. Unnecessary Inspections: They inspect the apartments every four months, which is such an inconvenience. Residence are only given 24 hour notice as if we do not have any anything else to do but to just sit and wait residence are given Eight hour timeframe for when the staff will enter which by below it has to be four hours. Residents Also are being told that they do not need to be present when staff enters the house and according to some of their residence, they have noticed their items being moved once they returned to their apartments. There is a large amount of unoccupied units and I am not surprised it’s due to poor management. 6. Poorly lit stairwells-lights out on stairwells for over a year…

Really we enjoyed stay. Actually we were leaving at 8.30am and coming back 9.00pm means staying for night. And on weekends we were staying during the day. But we feel peaceful atmosphere.

We’ve been living at Bridges at San Ramon for a year and a half now, and it’s been a wonderful experience from day one. The community is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and the amenities make everyday living so enjoyable. It truly feels like home. A huge thank you to David, Sangeeta, and Rafael for being such an amazing team. David was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout our leasing process and has continued to be helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. Sangeeta goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued, her warmth and attention to detail are unmatched. And Rafael has been fantastic with maintenance requests, always prompt, professional, and thorough. After a year and a half here, we can confidently say the combination of a great community and an outstanding team is what makes Bridges at San Ramon stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like more than just an apartment, it feels like home.
