  5/5 Stars- We cannot thank Rama, Anuprita, and the entire Asante Realty team enough for helping us find our perfect home! To say we are picky buyers is an understatement. We had incredibly specific requirements when it came to the home's direction, size, layout, and overall feel. While others might have run out of patience, Rama and Anuprita truly listened to every single detail. What stood out the most was how genuinely invested they were in helping us find the perfect home, not just any home. They never tried to push a property that wasn't a 100% fit; instead, they genuinely invested themselves in our vision. They guided us through every step with care, honesty, and constant support, making the entire process feel incredibly personal and seamless end to end.   We want to share our incredible experience working with Rama and her team during our cross-country move from the East Coast to California. Rama and her team didn’t just help us purchase a home; they orchestrated the entire journey. Rama manages all the stakeholders seamlessly—from inspectors and contractors to appraisers, lenders, and even priests. She views her role as the leader and owner of the entire process from start to finish. In my professional world, she truly embodies a "business leader," but from the heart, she was our "Home Purchase Mom." From day one, her approach was refreshingly holistic. Rather than just asking for a standard checklist of home requirements, she explored our life transitions, aspirations, and the experiences we wanted to have. There was no sales pitch about her past accomplishments; she simply connected with us, and that was the key. She quickly understood that we wanted to downsize our footprint while upscaling our lifestyle. She knew we were seeking a peaceful community where we could make friends, find value, and truly enjoy our home. Traveling from the East Coast meant we only had a few shots on goal. On our first trip, she grasped our vision; on the second, she nailed the locations; and by the third, she knew us so well she could practically make the decision for us. Anu, a key part of the team, curated an intentionally diverse set of homes. She spent long hours tracking our likes and dislikes and explaining the nuances, builders, and styles of every community. Through it all, Anu came to know us perfectly and is now my wife’s best friend in California! To give you a sense of the timeline: the entire process took exactly 38 days from start to finish. When the listing in Windemere went live, we got a message within an hour. Both Anu and Rama knew we were going to love it. Rama knows the area inside and out—she watched the community being built in 2005 and has successfully navigated the market's highs and lows. Within two hours, Anu was at the house on FaceTime, while Rama was already coordinating with the listing agent, ensuring they knew we were highly interested and hopping on a plane in less than 12 hours. Anu understood our vibe completely. She had previously steered us away from homes that looked perfect on paper, noting things like, "it doesn’t have enough light," or "the road noise is not your cup of tea." We were truly blessed to have her eye. Within four hours, we were ready to write an offer. While Rama usually advises clients to think carefully and insists on them seeing the home in person, this time she confidently said, "Do it." She provided absolute clarity in decision-making, coupled with the caring anxiety of family. When we asked about the price, she confidently stated, "I know every home in this community, and this is the winning offer." She was spot on. The sellers and their agent were thrilled, and our offer was accepted in just hours. When we arrived the next day to see it in person, Rama told us, "This is even better than I expected"—and for us, that was all the validation we needed. When the process got complicated, Rama truly shined. We had some concerns about the home, and she immediately called the inspector—who had just written a 50-page report and was recovering from an illness—and had him clarify his findings the very same day. She also navigated a significant issue involving the lender, escrow, the sellers' agent, and a third-party company. She constantly asked the right questions and drove the process forward until a solution was found. It was a masterclass in leadership. She made it happen seamlessly, quickly, and ensured every stakeholder walked away happy. Making a major life transition from Massachusetts to the West Coast in your mid-50s is a difficult journey. Without Rama and her team, it would have been a path filled with rocks and thorns instead of roses and grass. If you just want an agent to send you a DocuSign link, they are a dime a dozen.
