  I thought Alissa, the manager was great and extremely helpful. A lot of the complex is beautiful, and I'd love to live in those areas, but there are other areas that are a bit rundown. I was surprised to see sheets used as window coverings, dilapidated stairways and dogs urinating on the front lawns of the town houses.

  My experience with Lenka was excellent!!! She was friendly, professional, informative and really helpful in presenting the property. The online application process, however, has been terrible! I could not find a way for the "RentGrow" website to take account of my extensive brokerage assets, which I use to draw on for expenses; as a result, I was judged to have "insufficient income" -- ludicrous when my annual income hovers well above 3 times the annual rent. I am in the process of disputing their determination, which is also very difficult to navigate on their website.

  Since you asked me how you are doing, I will tell you. It would be nice if you actually fixed my patio when I asked you to. But at this point I doubt you will, since it’s been over half a year. Please feel free to reply to this review with a pseudo-sympathetic message about how you care, but really don’t.
