  CURRENT MASSIVE ROACH INFESTATION (as of 10/26) reported to city Code Enforcement. Enjoy roaches in your bed, dishwasher, silverware drawer, shower, and living room floor!! Yet corporate management thinks it is acceptable to increase rent by the full amount allowed by the city of San Rafael ($200/month). And they think it's perfectly normal to violate your quiet enjoyment with repeated pest control visits that require you to remove alllllll of your stuff from cabinets and exit your apartment (with pets) for at least 3 hours. BIG disruption to have to do this repeatedly. This complex does not value current tenants, only corporate greed. I could not get any help until I contacted the head of the company (Sack Properties) and threatened legal action. Oh also - your advertised rent will not be your ACTUAL rent. Be prepared for approx. $150-200 of ADDITIONAL FEES PER MONTH - not negotiable or optional! And they will opt you IN to their Internet, so if you don't want it you''ll have to opt out (one of the additional fees). Cannot WAIT to move!! BEWARE!!

  Touring this place was so weird , there’s no actual person to guide us it’s all through text . This place is overpriced for what it is , spend your money elsewhere . Also I saw this , HUGE red flag .

  Stay AWAY! In an attempt to reduce vacancy, the manager Blair lied that utilites minus PGE/internet were covered. I qualified for the “BMR”(Below Market Rate) unit. They then hit me with $250/mo utility. I asked for help and they are COMPLETELY unresponsive on the issue. The City of San Rafael has very clear guidelines on BMR rentals/utilities. I ran into previous tenant and she had same dispute. Again, stay AWAY!

  Thayer has been so wonderful for our community, so grateful for him. He is extremely responsive and will ensure communication with all neighbors. In addition, we have Blair who throws amazing community parties to build connection among neighbors.
