  Stay AWAY! In an attempt to reduce vacancy, the manager Blair lied that utilites minus PGE/internet were covered. I qualified for the “BMR”(Below Market Rate) unit. They then hit me with $250/mo utility. I asked for help and they are COMPLETELY unresponsive on the issue. The City of San Rafael has very clear guidelines on BMR rentals/utilities. I ran into previous tenant and she had same dispute. Again, stay AWAY!

  Huge shoutout to the amazing 155 crew! Blair and Thayer are truly top-notch! They are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about making 155 Lofts an awesome place to live. Thayer especially deserves a big shout out for always coming through, whether it's a quick fix or a bigger issue. It's so reassuring to know we’re in good hands. Thanks for making this community feel like home!
