The staff are incredibly friendly, the building is in great condition, and the amenities are excellent. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The front desk, office, and cleaning staff are just as welcoming and helpful, creating a great atmosphere throughout the building. So far, it's been a great experience. Thanks so much!

I moved here after relocating for work, and it was my first year living in Los Angeles. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported, which made such a difference while settling into a new city. The property is beautiful, well cared for, and in a fantastic location. Throughout my time here, everything was consistently maintained, and any questions or concerns were handled promptly. The sense of community is something I especially appreciated. There were always resident events to enjoy, and the Thursday food trucks were always so delicious! As an owner of a huge German Shepard, I also loved how pet-friendly the community is. I am so sad to leave the Vue, but I am super grateful for my time here. I highly recommend this community to anyone searching for a new place to call home! A special thank you to Jessenia and Tim for their hard work and uplifting spirits!!!

The Vue is the worst place to live. If you know what’s good for you, avoid this place at all cost. Management is terrible, maintenance will come into your unit while you have no clothes on. They do not fix things and if they do, they manage to ruin something else in your unit. They honestly don’t allow you to properly enjoy any of the amenities. Things are ALWAYS broken, if it’s not the gym equipment, then the pool area is closed, if your car isn’t broken into in the parking garage then it’s something else… there’s always something. Living here was the worst choice I’ve ever made in my life. Do yourself a favor and rent at the Vivo building across the street. Trust me. Also let me add how an explosive device flew into “bullet proof windows” on a Sunday evening and exploded in my unit. The Vue took almost a month to fix our windows, and was not supportive in any type of way. They even stole items while calling themselves cleaning the unit which was never cleaned fully. Management never came to do a quality check nor did they check on our well being. There was also a time where the HVAC system was broke and was filled with water everywhere. Called the Vue to tell them the a/c was broken, Luis (the worst maintenance manager in history) came to the unit and said it was fine. Days later there was mold growing all over the living room closet wall. My family was sick for days. The negligence is just out of hand! I can keep going on and on about horror stories of living in this place. Please do yourself a favor and live somewhere else!

I lived at The Vue for over two years. The building itself is beautiful, the apartments are modern, and the front office staff were always friendly and professional. The location is great, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing views. However, my overall experience was heavily impacted by aggressive rent increases, the move-out process, utility costs, and several ongoing management issues. One of the primary reasons we transferred units during our residency was because of the significant rent increases. While rent increases are expected, the increases we experienced were substantial enough that it made more financial sense to move to another unit rather than renew our existing lease. Prospective residents should carefully consider not only the initial rent but also what future renewal rates may look like. The biggest issue, however, is the move-out process. During my residency, I transferred units once and later moved out completely. Both times, my entire security deposit was retained. In my experience, normal wear and tear was often treated as damage. Carpets are expected to be returned in nearly perfect condition, and even minor imperfections can result in charges. The move-out inspection was particularly frustrating. We were told everything looked good, only to later receive a substantial bill. Not only was our entire deposit kept, but we were also charged additional fees for carpet replacement, painting, cleaning, blinds, and window cleaning. Many of these charges felt more like standard turnover and make-ready expenses for the next tenant rather than damage beyond normal wear and tear. After living there for over two years, I did not expect to be charged for so many items that appeared to be part of preparing the apartment for the next resident. Residents are not given a meaningful opportunity to correct issues before charges are assessed. Management is well aware of these concerns, and many residents have expressed similar complaints. The final statement showed that even after applying the security deposit, additional charges were still owed. Utility costs were much higher than expected. The large windows look great, but they also make units difficult to keep cool during warmer months. Our electric bills were often extremely high. Residents are also billed for shared utility expenses, including gas-related charges, even though the apartments primarily use electric appliances. The mandatory internet service was another disappointment. It was unreliable, experienced frequent outages, and performed worse than the private internet service we had before the building switched providers. Parking enforcement is extremely strict. Guests without a pass can receive large warning stickers on their vehicles that are difficult to remove and may eventually lead to towing. There were also multiple vehicle break-ins during my time living here. Package theft can be an issue depending on your floor, and deliveries are not always brought directly to residents’ doors. Several amenities were never fully maintained during the time I lived there. Grill and fire pit igniters remained broken for extended periods. The pool has a strict two-guest limit, which often leaves it underutilized. The gym equipment selection is fairly limited, and reserving amenity spaces can be expensive. If you return your keys late, even by a short period, expect significant penalties that can amount to hundreds of dollars. Overall, The Vue is a beautiful property with friendly staff and attractive apartments. However, between the rent increases, utility expenses, strict policies, and my experience with move-out charges, I would not choose to live here again. Prospective residents should carefully review all fees, utility arrangements, renewal terms, and move-out policies before signing a lease. Also do look at other negative reviews. It’s true what they say about property and management
