  The Vue is a great place to live. Very friendly staff and lots of events. Cesar G always handles maintenance requests in a timely fashion and is willing to help.

  The quality of this property has gone downhill quickly. The neighbors are extremely noisy, pets regularly urinate throughout the building, and management has done little to address these ongoing issues. In my experience, despite bringing concerns to the building manager, Joe Robbins, these problems have continued without meaningful action. The common areas are not being maintained to the standard they should be, and it’s disappointing to see the property decline. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here unless management begins taking resident concerns and property upkeep more seriously.

  The property is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The grounds and common areas are nicely cared for, and it’s clear that the management and staff take pride in keeping the community looking its best. I’ve had a very positive experience with the lobby, management and maintenance staff, who have always been friendly and helpful. While the entire maintenance team has been great, Cesar has been especially helpful, professional, responsive, and thorough. He always has a positive attitude and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-kept community with a great team. Everyone works hard to make the property such a pleasant place.

  I am leaving one star because I was extremely disappointed with how VUE Apartments handled my move out charges. I moved all of my belongings out on June 12 2026, and my lease ended on June 24. I accidentally shipped the apartment keys and fob with my vehicle but I notified management of the mistake and explained that I would mail them back as soon as I come back to the states. The keys were delivered to management on June 29. Management nevertheless treated June 29, the same date the keys were delivered and the apartment was inspected as the effective move-out date. They assessed an additional $416.67 in prorated rent through June 29, stating that possession had not been returned earlier because they did not yet have the keys. I disagreed with this decision because I had already vacated the apartment, removed all of my belongings, informed management about the accidental key issue and returned the keys by June 29. I also disputed several cleaning related charges. Before moving out I paid approximately $300 to have the apartment professionally cleaned. Management still charged $155 for carpet cleaning, as well as another $85 for power scrubbing based on what they described as furniture indentations. The original statement also included a $135 fogger charge. After I disputed it, management acknowledged that the charge had been added in error and removed it. They additionally charged $125 for whole-unit odor treatment. Although I agreed to accept the separate $208 complete unit cleaning charge in an effort to resolve the matter, I did not believe all of the additional charges were justified. After applying my $750 security deposit, the final statement still showed a balance of $624.99. I repeatedly requested clarification and disputed the additional rent and other charges, but management ultimately informed me that the charges were final. This review reflects my personal experience and the written explanations I received from management. In my opinion, the move out process was rigid, frustrating, and handled in a way that left me with little confidence in the fairness of the final account. This is the reason I am unhappy with my experience. Prospective residents should carefully review all move out requirements. Otherwise my overall experience was good, apartment is at a nice neighborhood and the community was well maintained, staff was very responsive and respectful.

  The staff are incredibly friendly, the building is in great condition, and the amenities are excellent. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The front desk, office, and cleaning staff are just as welcoming and helpful, creating a great atmosphere throughout the building. So far, it's been a great experience. Thanks so much!
