Being stuck between apartments 128 and 222 honestly makes living here a miserable experience, they've been causing problems for months. The parents of 128 leave their special needs child on the patio all afternoon where she makes extremely loud screaming noises for hours at a time. At night, 222 plays horrible, repetitive music that wakes me up at all hours of the night, even sometimes as late/early as 4 am. The manager doesn't seem to do much, and from the times I've either emailed or called, she typically doesn't respond. The apartment itself really doesn't have any major issues, but those two apartments single handedly drag the experience down.

As many others have complained about, the noise during nighttime can get pretty bad. It’s slightly better than it used to be, but it seems like someone who recently moved into either the low low 220s numbered Apartments blast, loud music As late as 3 Or 4 AM. It makes a very difficult to sleep, and this is a pretty consistent basis. Someone has a bigger dog than allowed on the lease that howls at night. The conservice Utility bill is insanely high too, over $200 compared to Less than 50 when I moved in. I think that there is a water leak that they haven’t fixed that we’re all having to pay for. Another issues sometimes the garage gate seems to have just been left open Overnight and cars have been broken into. This is less frequent, but appears to be about once a month.

I showed up to my scheduled tour (15 minutes early), called and emailed to announce my arrival, with no response. Waited until scheduled time, still no response after calling and emailing again. I managed to get inside the complex (tenant let me in), found the leasing office, called the number again (at this point I can hear the phone ringing inside the office- no response). Spoke to a tenant who was grilling nearby- mentions that “she is around somewhere, I saw her walking upstairs earlier”. Waited in front of leasing office for 1 hr, still nothing. I eventually had a stroll around to see for myself (so I guess not a complete waste of time). I flew out all the way from across the states and was fully ready to sign a lease that day but maybe this was a sign. No follow up, no apology/response, nothing. Completely unprofessional.

The price increase of the conservice bill is INSANE! Between that, and my yearly rent increasing by $300 at renewal I’m now paying $2900. Idk how it’s reasonable to charge new tenants less and then increasing the rent to force them to pay way more. A lot of people I’ve talked to aren’t looking to renew because of the absurd price jumps. They’re charging like this is a luxury place, when it clearly isn’t.
