  Fantastic Apartments, great staff that really goes out of their way to be helpful and located within short walking distance to the heart of San Mateo with all the great shops and restaurants. One block walk to the train station and major hospital and Urgent Care across the street. This is really the prime location to live in San Mateo.

  We are really enjoying living here. The apartment is lovely with lots of space and storage. Ben and Amy are amazing and always around to answer questions, and they do so with a smile. The pool and pool area are inviting and wondeful. The building is in prime location in downtown San Mateo, minutes from anything and everything you would want!

  If I could give 4.5 just to factor in price I would, since it’s not cheap to live here. That said, the 3BR apartment is massive and the location is unbeatable. You definitely get what you pay for.

  It's a wonderful building. Everything works, and Ben and Amy, who manage the whole building, are always available and always supportive. Things just run smoothly. We're staying our second year here now, and I'm sure we'll stay longer than that.
