  Working with Sarah has been a great experience. Sarah is professional, responsive, and truly takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for. She pays close attention to the details and makes sure everything is handled properly throughout the process. What really stands out is how much Sarah cares about the people she works with. She is patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients feel comfortable and informed. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does and genuinely wants the best for the people she represents.   Lily is the kind of agent you hope to find. She is thoughtful in the truest sense: she listens first, asks the right questions, and remembers what actually matters to you, not just your price range. Her passion for this work is obvious in every conversation. She explained each step clearly, was quick to respond, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how personally she took our goals. Within budget and Safe for KIDS. As a military spouse and a mom of four, Lily understands what it means to make a big move and build a home around a family. If you are buying, selling, or relocating in North San Diego or South Orange County, I would recommend her without hesitation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, too!

  We honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Sharrah Telfer. From the very beginning to the moment we got the keys to our home, she was there for us every step of the way.
