  I narrowed down my search between another apartment complex and here, at Woodchase. The key deciding factor, outside of liking the aesthetics of the apartment. Was the fact that the staff moved quickly to get in. Literally a one day turnaround. From application to move in ready. The other had a 7-10 day process. Dealbreaker, when you needed immediate housing.

  I had a great experience with Gina at the leasing office, while handling the end of my lease. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help.

  Woodchase has been great with Gina Valdez has been so helpful to me and others and has been very professional and she has been great here at Woodchase. Since I've met her she has helped us so much and she is a great manager.

  Gina is the best! She makes herself seen. I’m blessed to have met her. I’ve been here at this location for a few years and I’ve never met a manager at this property that ACTUALLY cared about the people that lives here and the property. I can tell by the work that she does, that she’s very passionate and she knows how important it is to treat the clients here with respect and humility. We love her already!!!!!!! Please don’t leave!!!

  If you want to deal with unresponsive people, move here. When you email their team, you'll be lucky to get a response back by week 2. Then they do the HR response of "I'm sorry for...." How hard is it to respond to an email. Worst management ever.
