The space is consistently spotless, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities that make coming into the office a pleasure. From the comfortable workspaces to the thoughtfully stocked common areas, everything is designed to make your workday productive and enjoyable. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the incredible staff. Timothy, Joel, Naomi, and Madelyn go above and beyond every single day to make sure members have what they need. They are always friendly, professional, and ready to help, whether it's resolving an unexpected badging issue, helping track down last-minute meeting needs, or even saving the day when a caterer forgets serving utensils. More than once, their quick thinking and willingness to help have rescued an important meeting or event. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service create a welcoming community and make this WeWork feel like more than just a workspace. I highly recommend the Riverpark San Jose location to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped office with a team that genuinely cares about its members. Five stars all the way!
