  Excellent place to live, very safe and a nice neighborhood. The staff were incredibly kind, and a special thank you to Ms. Yizzel Rodriguez for being so helpful during my stay at Vista Apartments.

  Good luck getting ahold of literally anybody in their leasing office for any reason. Every single call ive made over the past week has been rerouted to their "central office". At this point im convinced the leasing office either doesn't exist or is always empty. I made an application, had questions for it, and couldn't speak to the leasing office. I was approved for the application, had logistical questions, and couldn't speak to the leasing office. There was an issue with the lease agreement terms, and couldn't speak to the leasing office. Communication is laughably bad, good luck.

  This place can't even bother to give you a real tour and instead uses AI to try to guide you through it. Of course they use keyless entry, but I could not open the gate door. The clanker gave me 4 different codes and none of them worked. Had to follow a car in. I was able to get into the apartment, but upon leaving, I could not lock the door. Took several minutes to get it to lock after fiddling with it. I give 2 stars because the apartment set up was nice, but otherwise, what a hassle. After such a frustrating experience, I certainly would not live here. Imagine you get locked out of your apartment because the lock battery dies and you need to chat with a clanker to try to get in. Sounds like a nightmare. I'll stick to places with real tours and real keys.

  This 5 star review is for Alisa, she is the woman who helped my boyfriend and I with our self guided tour. When we arrived; she sent thorough texts to get us started on viewing the 4 (605 sq ft) apartments we were interested in. During the tour, Alisa made sure to check in on us and asked us our opinion on the units so far. You can feel her kindness and helpfulness through the texts as her use of emojis made this interaction feel a tad bit less formal — which I’m not complaining about at all. It felt like I was texting a human and not AI. Thank you again Alisa!
