  Tienen una seguridad inepta, desde el edificio 2 de fooxwood village se escucha un ruido de mierda los fines de semana que no deja descansar, llama uno a los de seguridad y solo saben decir que no hablan español

  Don’t rent from the Woods, they give broken promises and management pick and choose who gets what. They choose favorites!! I think it’s wrong that I didn’t get a spot I wanted to reserve a parking spot. When clearly you allowed someone else to pick a spot to reserve closer to their apartment.

  The Woods Apartments is not a safe place to live. I have only lived here for one month, and during that time my tires have been slashed on two separate occasions. I reported these incidents to management by email but have received no response. The repeated vandalism, combined with frequent police activity, loose dogs on the property, and a significant cockroach infestation, has created an unsafe and unacceptable living environment. I am concerned about the lack of attention given to resident safety and property maintenance. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies. I am preparing to file a claim in Small Claims Court seeking up to $12,000 in damages related to the losses and harm I have experienced as a result of these conditions and management's failure to respond to my concerns. I left my apartment at The Woods in the same condition I received it, yet they still took a significant amount from my security deposit. In my experience, they will find a way to keep your money, even when you leave the apartment clean and in good condition. I would recommend carefully documenting and taking videos/ pictures of everything before moving out.
