They would change the rent as soon as you start filling the form. They bumped up our rent by $80 within an hour of filling up the form and just said "Sorry we can give it to you only at this rate now". They don't stick to what they promise you. They promised us a special when we saw the apartment and as soon as we started filling the form they said they cannot give any special now. All the amenities you see are NOT for use. they are just to see! They said you cannot even use the common area or the barbeque area to get some guests. The manager never answers the calls even when there is an emergency. Imagine your sewage is blocked and they wouldn't even answer the phone. This atleast 3 times before you say yes and take the rent, the special and the deposit in writing before you start filling up the form. These guys are absolutely NOT trustworthy. For this price you can definitely get a better treatment.
