  Pool regulations are terrible. You can’t have more than 2 guest per apartment and you must claim those guest a temporary wristband from the front desk. Also, you must wear a wristband at all times.

  We’ve lived here for quite some time, and unfortunately, trying to communicate with management feels like talking to a wall. It also doesn’t help that there has been constant turnover in both management and staff. Every few months there’s a new manager, a new email address, a new resident portal, and someone explaining that the previous team handled things incorrectly. Instead of improving, the frequent changes have only created more confusion and a lack of accountability. One of the biggest issues has been the handling of renter’s insurance. I submitted proof of insurance on time, received a confirmation email, and management even verified that my coverage was on file. Despite that, I continued to be charged a monthly insurance fee for “lack of coverage.” This has been going on for months. I repeatedly contacted management asking for the incorrect charges to be removed, but the only response I received was, “It’s a new system, we’re aware of the issues, and we’re working on it.” Meanwhile, the charges never stopped. They simply continued appearing on my monthly statement, sometimes relabeled as “Water” charges, other times as “Late Fees,” while the balance kept growing. No resident should have to spend months trying to correct billing errors that management has already acknowledged are not their fault. It’s incredibly frustrating to constantly follow up on issues that should have been resolved the first time.

  We have been at Sofi Waterford Park for about 2 months and have loved our experience so far. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Jenny for making our move-in process so smooth. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the inspection and move-in. We love the gym, parks, and the wonderful community events that bring everyone together. Happy to call Sofi Waterford Park our home!

  I have had a great experience in the last 15months of staying here, whenever I fill in a maintenance request, it gets attended to in about 2-3hours and very professional
