  I recently rented a unit here, and the main reason I chose this place was because of the welcoming team. I don’t like it when no one is available during check-in, so I really appreciated that. It can be a bit hard to reach them at first, but once you connect with the team, that’s no longer an issue. The property is a bit older, but the utilities are fairly clean, maintained and they have nice amenities (fitness, printer, pool and 2 parking permit). The unit we rented had a couple of issues, but they were resolved within three days before we moved in. Overall, I wouldn’t normally give five stars (couple rules that might be a bit annoying, house condition, etc.), but special thanks to Jonathan, Hugo, and Jenny. They made this a five-star experience, they answered all my questions and were upfront about potential hidden costs from the deposit (paint, cleaning, etc.). I hope it will stay 5 stars during my stay! Please be aware! This is my personal experience I can't and don't know every unit.

  Very satisfied with their work as maintenance. Thanks for fixing my handle on my stove and also fixing well hooking the pipes for temperature, so now I have cold and hot water running correctly …. Thanks Again 👏🏾 Anita

  Its sad to say that this place is not a good place to live especially when issues are reported and the team does not take any action, protocols are not followed, mold reported is not handled in the right way, they blame us for issues with poor insulation on walls, ceiling windows and entry door, we had to move out because the living condition was not safe, opening the windows for several hours everyday is not the best way to fix mold problems.The management wants to charge us for mold remediation even when this is not a negligence from our side. We can see a lot of windows from outside that have condensation and this means that there is an issue with the building. I hope more people can write their experience and make the management, leasing and the service team to be more professional on the job they do.
