  Think twice before moving here! We have had more than two packages stolen, more than $500 in total. Management showed little concern, took no meaningful action, and tried to shift the responsibility instead of addressing the building’s security and inadequate package system. If your belongings can disappear repeatedly and management still does nothing, residents have every reason to feel unsafe. I would not recommend living here.

  The large trash bins are frequently scattered on street and near parking entrances. Making it difficult to pass for vehicles in and out the building.

  Packages were stolen twice within two weeks. The delivery area doesn’t have security cameras. I have contacted apartment office but they just say “we have tried our best”.

  The maintenance issue was handled very quickly and on the same day. Great experience.
