Marius came to my apartment to help fix a window that was stuck open. He was able to fix the window very quickly and was wonderful to work with. He is extremely communicative, gave me advice on how to proceed if it happens again, and is also just extremely professional. He’s a wonderful representative for the Rosewalk.

This review is for Matt not for the apartment but for the maintenance man who came today to my rescue. I just had surgery. I’m a United States veteran and business owner and for the first time I am unable to care for myself. It seems as though my toilet got clogged because of the neighbors upstairs, and I can’t use it due to my situation and the fact that I can’t move having my bathroom is very important. Matt came and without complaint without a bad attitude without huffing and puffing, cleaned all the crap that was stuck inside moved the toilet hustled it downstairs. It must’ve taken four hours.
He even offered to clean my bathroom, but I’m not gonna make him do that. No man should have to clean another man’s crap like that. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer To have someone come and clean my bathroom, professionally, seeing how it wasn’t my fault that the sewer came out all over my floor
But I will gladly pay the $165. I have to pay the maid service to come clean my bathroom.
And I’m not gonna blame Matt for that. He’s amazing thank you for what you did. Thank you for working hard . We are in a time now and no one wants to do anything. No one wants to clean. No one wants to work and when they do, they’re mad about it. I was grateful that Matt is a good man. Thank you for coming and fixing my toilet.❤️🫡🙏🏽

I recently toured Rosewalk Apartments and went through the application process. Although my wife and I ultimately decided on a different housing option that better fit our specific needs, I want to leave a 5-star review specifically to highlight the exceptional service we received from Karla.
She was highly responsive, professional, and truly cared about helping us. She helped us arrange our room tours efficiently and even went to our desired unit to take actual photos of the lighting for us. She also kept us constantly updated on the wishlist and walked us through the application process step by step. If you are looking to tour here, I highly recommend reaching out to Karla!

I've been living in the phase 2 complex, with my 20 year old son, for about 3 months. Last week, while parked in one of the outside decal parking sports, my son's car was broken into and they tried to hotwire it, leaving over $3000 in damages. While outside with the police, I called the office (no answer) and left a message for them to please call me back - no response.
I went to the office and talked to a lady there today (a week later.) I told her about the incident and simply stated that I would like a second clicker for the gate, so that my son can pull into the complex at night when he comes home. She rudely told me that they don't give out any second clickers, that my son can use the gate code. I don't even want my son to stall at the gate keypad at night - this neighborhood is not safe. I even offered to pay for the second clicker, but she was hard set on no second clicker.
I finally got up to leave and told her that I will just leave a review - upon which she got furious, walked away and said "that is so rude".
I am looking forward to my lease expiring in November.
