- RRRJul 22, 20253.0We've been in our new Pulte home for a year now, and for the most part, we are happy with the house itself. The build quality is solid. However, the major reason we can't give a higher rating is the delay and lack of communication regarding the community amenities, specifically Orchard Park. When we bought our home, this park was a selling point. We would recommend Pulte for the quality of their buildings, but we'd caution buyers to be wary of promises made about amenities and their HOA management.

I will also never support developers that constantly harass our historical landmarks. We have plenty of run down areas that could be used and no one will miss, but to dominate one of our few historical landmarks? The city and developers need to get the memo.
