  We have spent months looking for a new home for my aging parents. Relocating to San Jose was important as well as finding a community that provided the services my parents wanted. Our visit to Novelle convinced us that this was the place for them. Brayan (our central contact) did an outstanding job communicating all that Novelle had to offer. He listened to our needs, answered our questions, and helped us through the entire process. My patents are moving in August and they can't wait to get there.

  Of all the places we visited, this was the best. From administration to guests their friendliness went above and beyond. We signed on the day we visited and can not wait to move in

  Novelle is a beautiful facility with the nicest and most welcoming staff. Our first point of contact was the Community Relations Director Brayan who really brings a comforting sense of compassion and care from the start. He was responsive and supportive with all our questions and concerns and showed incredible patience when we were selecting the perfect apartment for my 91-yr-old mom. Directors Naoko and Blyth helped us navigate the move-in and assessment process with ease and helped make the transition go smoothly. Brayan, Naoko, Blyth, the front desk and restaurant staff and the many friendly residents all create such a positive vibe at Novelle with their kindness. It really is an amazing community and we could not be more pleased with our decision to move my mom there.

  Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Beautiful, Bright facility with lots to offer. Excellent chef. Excellent medical, activities and cleaning staff.

  I recently moved to Novelle, and I’m very happy with my decision. The entire staff is incredibly warm and caring, making me feel at home right away. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the management team—they were absolutely wonderful and made the whole moving process smooth and easy. Another highlight is the dining experience. The food is always fresh, and the menu changes regularly. I especially appreciate the variety, including Asian dishes. Everything is delicious, with plenty of choices each day. I would also like to highlight the exercise program. With three classes offered daily, it fits everyone’s schedule very well. The activity room is bright and spacious, and I enjoy playing Mahjong there with friends and fellow residents. Overall, this is a wonderful community, and I highly recommend it!
