  Nancy helped us sell our home in Campbell, CA. We live out of state and the house has been a rental property for the past several years. Nancy treated our home with great care as she coordinated repairs and prepped it for sale. She made us feel at ease as she clearly communicated all important details during each step of the process. This was especially valuable to us since we were not in California during the entire process. She provided honest and accurate budgeting and was able to advise us about the local retail market. She staged our home beautifully; the marketing photos and videos highlighted the best parts of our home. Our home went under contract within the first week of listing for over our asking price and the sale was completed within a month. We whole heartedly recommend Nancy to help buy or sell a home.

  I can’t say enough great things about Nancy and Loveseat homes. I was selling my mom’s home, and it was important that we got a great price and the sale closed quickly. Nancy rose to the challenge and made the process seamless. Nancy made all the details that I stressed about melt away.
