  We worked with Nancy to sell our Victorian (built in 1889) in Downtown San Jose. We had lived in the house for 37 years and there was quite a bit of wear and tear. We didn't know what we should spend money on repairing, and perhaps more importantly what we should not spend money on. The bottom line is that Nancy gave us excellent advice: we spent a modest amount on repairs and Nancy sold the house at well over the listing price within two weeks of it going on the market. At the outset Nancy outlined various options of how much money we could spend getting the house ready for market, and for each option how much we could expect to sell it for. We chose an option in the middle, which in the end played out uncannily close to what Nancy had predicted. Once we had chosen an option, Nancy took care of everything on our behalf. She scheduled painters, floorers, landscapers, and home repair specialists, always keeping us in the loop of what would be done and at what cost. She did an excellent job of marketing the house. She had it staged, photographed, and included online what-if scenarios showing what it would look like with various landscaping and exterior painting options. By the second weekend Open House we had three offers. We feel that in less capable hands this process would not have gone so smoothly with such a good outcome. Evidently Nancy understands the market very well, knows which contractors do good work inexpensively, and knows how to keep her clients informed every step of the way.   Selling a home is a financially nerve racking, and emotionally stressful business. Nancy did an excellent job for us. She gave us an upfront, clear and detailed analysis of the house we wanted to sell. Our house was a Victorian historic house, in downtown San Jose, CA. It presented certain challenges. Nancy presented three clear scenarios of what we could expect. She made recommendations and set expectations. We took her advice, and she was right on the money… Quite literally. Her knowledge of the local market and how to get a purchase is spot on. Years of experience, and a nose for both buyer and seller, give her an edge on negotiation process. On a personal level, Nancy, her husband Chris and her daughter Paige, are very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Loveseat is a family business which lends both a practicality and charm to the experience.We highly recommend this realtor and her brokerage.

  Nancy helped us sell our home in Campbell, CA. We live out of state and the house has been a rental property for the past several years. Nancy treated our home with great care as she coordinated repairs and prepped it for sale. She made us feel at ease as she clearly communicated all important details during each step of the process. This was especially valuable to us since we were not in California during the entire process. She provided honest and accurate budgeting and was able to advise us about the local retail market. She staged our home beautifully; the marketing photos and videos highlighted the best parts of our home. Our home went under contract within the first week of listing for over our asking price and the sale was completed within a month. We whole heartedly recommend Nancy to help buy or sell a home.
