The property has improved so much since the new ownership took over. The garage updates have made a noticeable difference, and the new smart locks and smart thermostats are really nice upgrades. The building feels more modern, better managed, and much more taken care of overall.
The management team has also been organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Whenever something comes up, it feels like things are handled quickly and professionally. It’s been really nice to see the property moving in such a positive direction.

When I moved in, I had some issues with my washer machine where it wasn’t starting properly, and it would leave my clothes drenched. After reporting the issue a few times, Stephanie and Myles stepped up and made sure everything got taken cared of!
The issue took a little bit to resolve, but they listened to my complaints and ultimately decided that the machine was defective and ordered me a new one! Now, my clothes aren’t getting drenched, and I don’t need to do some crazy maneuver just to get the machine started.
Thank you so much Stephanie and Miles for helping me get this figured out!!! You guys are amazing, and I’m so happy to have a functioning washer and dryer 🥳🥳🥳
If you’re thinking of moving here, I’d say it’s worth it! The community is great, apartments are very modern, the club house is top tier, and now my washer machine is up to par. Best apartment complex EVER!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
It’s a great location. It’s quiet although there is construction but if you close the windows, it should be fine. The management is very helpful. Myles and Stephanie helped a lot from tour, management to coordination. They are multi tasks and I am impressed by how efficient and friendly they are. The maintenance is reacting fast and always solved the problems. I just moved in for a couple of days, so I will have more experiences to share later after I live here for a while.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Misora / Waterton will not protect you, and will not take responsibility when things go wrong.
My car was broken into inside the "secure" parking garage (May 21–22, 2026) and a suitcase of personal belongings was stolen. I've also had multiple packages stolen and deliveries rescheduled because their "Amazon delivers to your door" promise doesn't actually work — drivers have no way in and just give up.
Here's what management doesn't tell you before you sign:
- The security is for show. No camera at the garage entrance. No camera in the mail room. The footage that does exist is so low-resolution you can't even read a license plate. A group was reportedly driving a U-Haul through the area stealing from residents — and nothing was done.
- They dragged a simple insurance claim out for nearly two months. I first reported the break-in in early June. I got wrong policy numbers, was bounced between eRenterPlan, "apenroll," and "Asset Protect," and chased them with "still nothing?" emails for weeks.
- The renter's insurance failure was THEIR fault. Management admitted in writing that my policy had lapsed and the transition to their Asset Protection program "didn't occur automatically as it was supposed to." So when I was robbed, I wasn't properly covered — because of their error.
- The claim was ultimately denied, and management's answer was essentially "not our problem, call the insurance company yourself."
- When I posted honestly about this, ownership publicly claimed they had "no record" of me and "no employee by that name." I have a two-month email thread with their Community Manager (Stephanie Prasad), Leasing Specialist (Myles Saunders), and maintenance (Fausto Ramos). Draw your own conclusions about how honest they are.
Before you move in they'll promise you everything — blackout blinds, secure garage, package delivery to your door. After you sign, you find out none of it is true.
If you value your safety, your property, or straight answers, rent somewhere else.
Title: Terrible staff and dirty premises
Description: I rented a place from this property during fall. The process of taking the tour was not easy and no one from the leasing office made it easier. I understand the COVID restrictions, but at least pick up the call when we set up a time to talk. The agents that were supposed to show me around on the tour date/time were also out for lunch and made me wait for an hour.
The premises were disgusting. Poop (yes poop; human poop) everywhere. You would expect a cleaner environment for a few-year old building that charges you a jillion dollars for rent and is on the so-called luxury area of south Bay. I have attached a video of my experience for you to know what you will be dealing with.
Save your time, money, and dignity and go elsewhere.
