  We had a very bad experience applying here. Frist, there is an income limit that they don’t explicitly disclose (not during the tour, pamphlets, application, or various email correspondence). Instead it is listed on very small font on a random tab on their website. Second, we were slightly above the limit so we were disqualified from the apartments after paying the “refundable deposit.” They mailed the refund to our old address and when we asked for a new check to be sent to our new address they ghosted us after multiple emails to multiple people and various phone calls. What a waste of $300.

  Worst apartment experienced thus far.i felt I ‘m living in a happy hollow zoo. I addressed my concern to management but they couldn’t care less. I worked from home but noise never stopped from neighbours. Don’t ever consider to rent if you work from home. Sincerely…

  This is income restricted housing, there is a maximum income limit, they hide this information on an obscure section of their website, and it isn't disclosed on Apartments.com. They're trying to scam you out of your application fee by rejecting you after the fact, without ever mentioning that this is income restricted housing, despite touring the unit and speaking over the phone multiple times.

  Tomorrow will mark the first month I have been living at Fountain Park and I have been loving it so far. The community is well taken care of, clean, and quiet. The management is amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with.

  We recently moved out after a one-year lease and were charged for cleaning and carpet cleaning despite leaving the apartment clean and in good condition. We have contacted management multiple times since receiving the final statement but have not received any response. The statement also indicated a refund check was sent, which we never received. We are simply asking for clarification and documentation, but the lack of communication has been disappointing.
