  one of worst apartment in my life .Never prefer for cherrywood. They claim the apartment is luxurious. It is not luxury; in fact, it is the worst apartment in san jose.Never cooperate never

  I have lived at Cherrywood Apartments for almost a year, and my experience has been outstanding. I highly recommend this community, especially because of Hadil, the General Manager. She is exceptionally professional, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the residents.As an international student living on my own in the United States, having a supportive management team has made a tremendous difference. Hadil has always treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel like part of the Cherrywood family. She consistently goes above and beyond to help whenever needed, and her professionalism and leadership are truly remarkable.Because of the positive experience I’ve had, I have confidently recommended Cherrywood Apartments to my friends and will continue to do so. If you’re looking for a well-managed community with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Cherrywood Apartments.

  Applied for the apartments. Was very clearly told that I’ll get the holding deposit back if i decide not to go forward with the apartment(I’ll have 24hrs to make a decision). I made a decision within 24 hours of approval but apparently the cancellation of application needs to be within 24hrs of application and not decision. They need to either teach their associates to tell the truth or change the policy. I should’ve read the entire thing before signing. Sucks

  I've been living here for 4 years and I'm still loving it! The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the unit is very spacious (although walls are very thin), and I've never had any maintenance issue that wasn't promptly addressed. There're plenty of shops and parks nearby and the area is very safe even at night. Thanks Cherrywood team - you're wonderful!

  I love this place, which is why my husband and I applied for one of these apartments. We clearly included our move-in date on our application. However, after our application was approved, they changed the move-in date, and obviously we cannot move one month earlier than we originally planned. Now they took away the apartment we had already applied for. I don't think this is fair because our application was already submitted and approved, and we really liked that apartment, especially its location.
