  It's a beautiful and peaceful place to live. There are beautiful redwood trees right in front of our patio. The community is safe and feels home.

  I’ve lived at Brookdale Apartments on Albany Drive and can honestly say it is one of the best-maintained communities I’ve experienced. The property is always clean, beautiful, and exceptionally well cared for. A big thank you to Lu from the maintenance team, who is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever assistance is needed. Luis does an outstanding job keeping the grounds and gardens immaculate year-round, and it really shows in the appearance of the community. Most importantly, Teresa is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. She is professional, approachable, caring, and genuinely listens to residents. We asked about updates to the gym, and she took the feedback seriously and worked to make improvements. She is always available when residents need help and treats everyone with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find a management team that is both efficient and personal, but Brookdale Apartments has exactly that. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a well-run community with staff who truly care about their residents. Soo Kim

  New to the community and enjoying it :) Theresa is so sweet and helpful, and we love the sauna! Of course the usual apartment noises, but it's quite quiet by bedtime. Biggest con is the old plumbing; biggest pro is the spacious patio! It's so nice to have private room outdoors :)

  Thinner walls/ceiling than you'd expect, a nightmare if you have bad upstairs neighbors. I can hear their 2-3 am conversations right now (still a weekday for working people btw) and the lady I can hear some of her sentences and the guy doesn't know how to use an inside voice so it's just vibrating boomyness. They're always active at night so I hear them stomping around during AMs. I'm not that light of a sleeper either; dude just has a subwoofer for a voice. Never had this experience in previous apartments
