  Daniel and Mauro consistently do an excellent job maintaining the apartment and ensuring it is safe and well cared for. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, professionally, and with great attention to detail.

  The building manager - Daniel Reyes - is awesome. He was always a great friend and help when we lived there, and now as a previous resident, when I had a shipment error with FedEx, he went above and beyond to help! This man is an angel!

  Very unprofessional, I had an appointment to see the apartment, but no one was in the leasing office and it was locked.

  The handy man is great! Having lived in privately own apartments for the last 10 years, it has been amazing transitioning into management owned buildings. No only do things get fixed right away but the manager is friendly, the building is clean, and the residents are friendly. Best decision we ever made moving here.
