  I would like to leave this review for Anees, Leasing Consultant. He is very professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful at all times. Whenever I have a question or concern, he responds quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of. Anees always treats residents with respect and professionalism. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his dedication and positive attitude. I give him 5 stars and highly recommend this community. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, but I would especially like to recognize Anees for his outstanding service. Thank you for making this a great place to live!

  Ten-plus years at Atrium Garden Apartment Homes, and I have stayed this long because this community is run the right way. A big part of that is the property manager, Mei Huang. She is warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the community. Any question I've had about the lease, the building, or my account has been answered clearly and patiently, and every request I've submitted has been handled promptly, often the same day. She also maintains the property to a high standard: the grounds and common areas are kept clean, small repairs are taken care of before they become problems, and the gated entry and building security are managed carefully. In more than a decade here, I have never once felt unsafe coming home, at any hour. Adnan Anees, the lease consultant, is excellent as well. He is courteous, immaculately dressed, and thorough, and every question I've brought to him has received a clear, accurate answer. When the magnetic strip on my entry key card stopped working, he made me a replacement on the spot, politely and without any delay. He is consistently that responsive. Luis, the maintenance technician, is skilled and dependable. Whether it's plumbing, electrical, or an appliance issue, he responds quickly and fixes it correctly the first time, so problems don't linger or repeat. Between Mei, Adnan, and Luis, this is a secure, well-run, and well-maintained community. I'm a renter, but after ten-plus years this place feels like my own home

  From the very first day I contacted Anees he was above and beyond in terms of helpfulness and transparency. I can also say the same for Mei, the manager. Both of them provide me with everything I ask for and more. Without them I would not have been able to have a smooth transition relocating from far away.

  The unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and well maintained. I was incredibly satisfied with the support before and during living at Atrium Garden. Everything was properly inspected and fully explained to me, all the amenities are very well kept and clean. It is a very peaceful location in a safe area. Manager Mei and leasing consultant Anees were incredibly helpful and provide maximum support at all times.

  The property itself is fantastic, and in a great location. The property manager Mei is absolutely wonderful. From day one, she has been incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. It makes a huge difference when the management team genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. If you are looking for a great place to call home with a top-notch team running the show, I highly recommend this building!
