  Community be aware!!! I went to go visit a friend at these apartments a few nights ago. During my stay. My friend’s Segway E-Bike was stolen from inside the premises. Inside a gated private spot. 15 meters away from where we were sleeping! The theft happened around 2/3am. There are no cameras. And when this incident was brought to management’s attention. There was no compassion, concern, or assistance with this matter. As if theft within their property was normal. Management negligence felt very dystopian and possibly involved. Because, their main concern should be their community safety. And I just didn’t get that from them for my friend. Thank goodness he will be moving out soon. I just want community to be aware. To be cautious of your belongings as a guest and tenant.

  Management is very difficult to work with. The online portal payment system charges 3% fee for any payment and only other way to pay is cashiers check (they will not accept check or cash either). I have been attempting to pay rent in good faith for 2 months and they will not accept payment. There is a pending pest control request that has not been done and I have had constant maintenance requests almost monthly since moving in August (very old building) The admin and utility fees here also add about $200-$300 in fees a month. Will be moving out at end of my lease in August , was not a good experience living here.

  I have lived here for a little bit now and I am very happy here. I feel safe, there’s covered parking with a secure gate access, a clean pool, and friendly apartment manager who is attentive to any concerns one might have. It’s also affordable for the average working adult.

  BEWARE. The management is the worst I have ever dealt in over 10 yrs living in LA. first, the property manager is extremely rude. He will treat you like royalty when you first meet. After moving in nothing but attitude from Louie, they do half ass jobs and take forever to do maintenance repairs. While the landscaping in the main lawn and at the front of the building is well-maintained, and the pool and outside area with BBQs look gorgeous, it all a facade. The BBQs don’t work half the time, management makes it extremely difficult to pay and charges fees for everything. The walls are extremely thin you can hear everything from your above and adjacent neighbors if TV at normal volume. My A/C unit never cooled. The heating unit was covered in dust, and it would have been unhealthy to use it even if it functioned properly. It was not functional. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets get stuck and jammed and management that will not fix them. Electrical outlets don’t work and they won’t fix them, front gate was broken and people could walk in as they please. Bugs and pests everywhere. Crime and theft in parking lot no security cameras in mailroom. The manager is unprofessional, rude never responds to emails and is not easy to work with. We left last month and posting this was a breathe of fresh are. I will never recommend place and it was a nightmare to live in. 0/5 star rating if possible. This apartment complex runs like a mafia and is a scam. BEWARE
