My friend and I applied for this apartment and were quoted a rate on the website and via phone call with a leasing agent. After we finished our application and paid $100 in application fees and were approved, the agent reached out to us and said that the rent had gone up $1000 a month. They said they had made an "administrative" error and would refund our application fee if we did not decide to go forward. We still haven't gotten our refund. Horrible treatment of costumers!

I was interested in these apartments, but recently I visited a friend who met me at the front. Door and let me in and allowed me to go up to his apartment and wait while he went to the store to get a soda as I was waiting at the elevator and by the way, I am a 1/2 black half white man dressed nicely, I got approached by a white woman who asked was IA new resident? Very rudely, I responded no she yelled and said , then why are you in here by yourself? At that point in time I responded to her , ma'am , i've already answered one of your questions I won't be answering anymore. As\n I was waiting for the elevator she freaked out and she went and got someone and this guy came back and asked me if what I was doing there. I recognized him and he recognized me as he is always sitting at the front desk and he has seen me come a million times he acknowledged recognizing me and I said I was visiting my friend and I told him the name and gave him the room number and then he said, okay, well, I want you to come back. To the front desk with me so I can check all of this out and I told him I was not going to because I would not be walked past this woman as if I've done something wrong. This happens all the time to me and I told him this is traumatic, like I do not care that I do not look like that woman wants me to look. I'm just here to visit a friend and that's what I'm going to do period I went up to my friend's room and then he comes and he knocks on the door again and my I'm on the phone with my friend and I ask him to talk to my friend, he wants to speak to him. The resident that lives there. And he will not speak to him and says he's putting in a complaint period I asked him why if he recognized me and why, when I gave him the information he asked why he was still pressuring the situation period\n He then said. Because if I don't want you to be here, you're not going to be here and I said, this establishment is racist and by the way that woman called the police, which is again very traumatizing, like this happens all the time to people like me and especially me in my own building, which I live that is nicer than this building is, so I am more than mortified. I am traumatized and I've tried calling the building to let them know and complain and every time I call it, I just get Up on like by their AI assistant.\nThis is ridiculous.I would not stay here to save my life

I was called by the guy who worked in the leasing office telling me there was a leak and they needed to get into my apt to check it out. I was out of town but told the maintenance guy to enter my apt to check it out. I also asked for them to call me back as I was out of town and freaked out that my apt was flooded. No one called me back. I called the number back that called me to tell me about the leak. He proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know as he never heard back from maintenance. Rick(?) also told me that the number I called was his personal cell because the phone system in the building was down. My reaction was “yeah and..,” he called me from that number so I called it backed because no one ever bothered to call me back to let me know what was going on. I put in a service request hoping that someone would get back to me but they just said completed again with no response. Things happen but I’ve never had a situation in the building (lived there for 10 years) where there was an emergency and no follow up to let me know everything is ok. I’m still out of town and I still don’t know what shape my apartment will be in when I get home tomorrow. It’s been 5 months since you all took over the building and it’s been terrible. Building doors unlocked so any one can walk in, no 24 hour security which is the only amenity this building has, dirty laundry room, dogs peeing in the lobby…

Pricy rent wise...many apartments have nice view...no in unit laundry..number of available shared laundry units is very low and only on the ground floor.dishwasher on few units is very small. Storage space is 2 closets in 2 bedrooms...dnt think its worth the amount of rent they charge

Be aware that tenants may be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke in this building. Cigarette smoke repeatedly entered my apartment, significantly affecting my ability to enjoy my home. Despite many reports to management, I did not feel the issue was meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was eventually directed to communicate only with the company’s legal department. I also found the community manager, Alex, to be rude and confrontational and difficult to work with, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating.
