  How management/maintenance treats you after you move in and sign the lease is always the tricky part. Generally we haven't had a problem.

  Juan is wonderful, highly professional, and incredibly helpful. I can't thank him enough for all of his assistance. He is a true problem solver who is always responsive and willing to help whenever needed. His dedication and excellent customer service make a real difference. Thank you, Juan, for all that you do! I only wish every property had someone like Juan on their team.

  I recently moved into Strata at Mission Bay and had a great experience. Shree was wonderful to work with throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. The entire leasing and maintenance staff are incredibly collegial and welcoming. I was especially impressed that the team promptly performed all the maintenance tasks I requested upon move-in, exactly as they had promised. I really appreciate their hard work in making my transition into the community so smooth!

  I had an amazing experience touring Strata at Mission Bay. The property is modern, well-maintained, and has a really fun, welcoming vibe—definitely a great place to live. Shree at the reception desk was especially helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, a great tour and a great community. Highly recommend!
