  I recently moved into Strata at Mission Bay and had a great experience. Shree was wonderful to work with throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. The entire leasing and maintenance staff are incredibly collegial and welcoming. I was especially impressed that the team promptly performed all the maintenance tasks I requested upon move-in, exactly as they had promised. I really appreciate their hard work in making my transition into the community so smooth!

  I had an amazing experience touring Strata at Mission Bay. The property is modern, well-maintained, and has a really fun, welcoming vibe—definitely a great place to live. Shree at the reception desk was especially helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, a great tour and a great community. Highly recommend!

  We’ve really enjoyed living at Strata. The building is consistently clean and well maintained, and the common areas are great to use. We especially appreciate Shree. She gave us our initial tour, helped us reserve the loading dock during our move, and has always been kind and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here.

  Armando, our maintenance manager, is outstanding. He consistently resolves every request promptly and efficiently, making everything feel easy and stress-free. He’s always willing to go the extra mile and help with anything we need. His reliability, professionalism, and positive attitude truly make a difference in our building Strata.
