  Valerie managed to do the impossible: find the perfect home in our dream very competitive neighborhood AND help us win it in our budget. The SF market is a little crazy right now, but this was a stress free process. Valerie handled everything: scheduling private showings, disclosures, inspections, coordination with lending team, offers, comp analysis, negotiations, etc. Valerie was easy to reach, communicate with, and work with. She was our direct contact for everything. Valerie caught things in disclosures that I wouldn’t have thought of and encouraged buyer inspections/due diligence if certain things weren’t provided by the seller. It felt like she truly had our backs the entire time. Valerie and the Krishnan Team have a stellar reputation which clearly was evident in our discussions with listing agents and throughout the process. I would highly recommend Valerie. We had an amazing experience with Valerie, her colleague Sam, and the rest of the Krishnan Team.

  I began working with Yesenia Beatriz of the Compass Krishnan Team at the beginning of this year after several years and countless unsuccessful offers trying to land a San Francisco property. We knew from our first zoom meeting with Ruth Krishnan and her team that this was a polished group. Yesenia, who became our agent, assured us that most of their buyers get into contract with their first or second offer, a claim we doubted at first given our prior experiences, yet that is exactly what happened with us, as we just recently closed with our second offer in a very heated San Francisco market. In our case, Yesenia used her savvy in talking to the seller’s agent to ferret out a price the seller would accept.
