Wow... just wow. I never thought anyone but could be this bad at communication but trying to get a response over the phone or email is impossible. been waiting 13 days for an update on a maintenance request. Not sure why my HOA chose these guys for management as they objectively terrible and do not care about customer service. Avoid.

It took four months......four months to get Hill and Company to contact the appropriate people to turn outside lights on for safety purposes at night. Now I am trying to get a replacement for my garage door opener that broke. It has been two weeks. I have left messages everywhere. I have asked for a list of contact people at Hill and Company but no one ever gets back to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Earlier this year they emailed me telling me that my rent was "Past Due" even though they took a direct deposit from my bank and threatened late fees. When I responded to the email I sent screenshots and questions outlining the situation, they never responded... I sent another follow up email making sure it was a mistake on their side and they never followed up again. It's really concerning to get late fee notices via email and then get ghosted without any explanation.
On a separate occasion I tried to get a rental deduction due to coronavirus and my spouse losing her employment. They were not willing to consider a change in rent cost, but agreed to a $300 "rent credit." It has been 3 months and they have never applied any rental credits, even after having both parties sign a legal "Rental Concession Addendum." I've tried following up with this company and my property manager many times and just get left on read.
If you are looking for a dependable property management company, LOOK ELSEWHERE. We have been dealing with headaches from Hill & Co. for 3 years and nothing has improved.
