  I just moved out last month and they charge me for this month rent and took my deposit I'm taking them to smell claims court I left my unit nice and clean matter someone's already moving in they are money people for real if I could give a 0 I would

  Lived in the landmark reality owned Waldo Heights apartments in Kansas City Missouri. For 25 days I lived here before breaking my lease due to uninhabitable living conditions of roaches, non working appliances (stove, fridge) busted open mailbox that doesn’t close, a non working furnist for the first two weeks when temperatures got into the 40s in apartment, and their online payment system took 441.00 for rent and the office said they never got it. Currently waiting for a response from landmark about getting rent and security deposit back. Otherwise small claims court is going to be the place
