- GGGraceAug 1, 20264.0L Seven is a wonderful, welcoming community. It is located near many wonderful food and beverages options. The gym has many different equipments. It is near many daycare options too. Apartment staffs are responsive and helpful. We love Danielle and Tamara. It doesn't have normal keyfobs and you need Brivo to enter and exit the vicinity so your phone dying will be an issue, but I guess it is more secure that way. No major complaints!
