  The company is holding my $400 holding deposit hostage and already relisted the apartment. Whether it’s laziness, ignorance, or a desire to break the law I’m not sure, but I want my money back. We applied April 11th, got one missed call from Sherita, and after following back up several times, I didn’t hear back for 17 days. I suddenly heard back after I left my initial bad review. They did not approve us within their 10 day policy and I requested a refund. Sherita told us it was going to be sent to accounting to be refunded, yet here we are 20 days later with her ignoring me again since May 14th. The refund was suppose to be processed within 21 days of the “denial”, which means it should have been sent earlier this month. Sherita, since I know you follow the reviews, please send a confirmation of a $400 check or I’ll be sending a formal demand.

  I have never had so many problems with a leasing office. They literally left me homeless on several occasions, when they installed new locks on our doors and then refused to give us access to the new codes for days. They do not respond to issues.

  The new smart lock system is just so hard to use. You need to try again and again and again every time you entered your apartment. It won’t tell you when the lock is out of battery and the new front desk line also makes it so hard to find the maintenance emergency team. Meaning that if you’re lock out of office hour, you don’t know when they can help you.

  Thank you for responding so fast. My kitchen foot disposal was leaking so I reported in. The maintenance person. Tamara was here within 10 minutes Thank you for responding so fast. She fixed the problem in the next 10 minutes. Tamara is very professional and knowledgeable person and easy to work with. Thank you, Tamara and L7 team.

  There was a deadly stabbing incident inside the community and we had about 20 cop cars surrounding the main building. There was radio silence from the management. We were not notified about the incident or suggested any safety measures. The management has not invested in enough security based on the location of the apartments, and on top of that they chose to try and hide it from the residents. All the information we were able to get about the incident was through our friends within the community who kept asking questions from the cops. The building shut down the elevator, lounge and the gym but did not share any information about the incident or why they had to take such measures. I cannot trust this community with my or my loved ones safety.
