  Delphine has scammed us out of $250 deposit for a unit we reserved earlier this year. We applied for an apartment with a move in date of Mid June 2026. The unit they assigned us was pulled due to renovations. Delphine did not contact us for nearly a month after taking our deposit. No emails, did not answer phone calls, return messages, and their leasing office was physically empty whenever we went to talk in person. After the month had passed, they claimed we waited too long to get a refund on our deposit.

  There has not been any reliable, dependable, recognizable staff at the leasing office for months. It is a revolving door of temps and random-looking people occupying space who supposedly have no access to even be remotely helpful to the residents. My daughter has been frustrated trying to get the Amazon locker situation fixed for many months - the lady who promised to solve the issue mysteriously disappeared. Good luck getting help if you need human assistance. You will be on your own unless you know some reliable long-time neighbors who will be a source of support. My daughter tried to call the "headquarters" at three different phone numbers and reached outgoing voice messages. The incredulous signs about providing the "best customer service" is an insult and joke. There is a very concerning safety, security and integrity issue given the lack of knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy leasing office people, and the frequent presence of unfamiliar faces is unsettling. (Sean the maintenance manager is an exception - we have known him a long time and is trustworthy. But he is not part of the leasing office.)

  We had a wonderful experience with Sean, the service manager. He was very responsive and went above and beyond in fixing our issue. Thank you Sean!

  I have lived in this complex for over 5 years when it was owned by Avalon. I enjoy the location and it’s proximity to the supermarket, post office, Walgreen’s, and restaurants (directly across the street). Many of the residents who live here are friendly and easygoing. I especially appreciate Sean, our service guy, who stayed on after the property was recently sold by Avalon. Sean is very responsive whenever there is a maintenance issue and he always gets the job done. I also love that this place is rent controlled and that the new owners are making major improvements to the property. I don’t plan on moving ever unless I buy a place or I move out of state.

  They are great and have made moving in so easy. I had a last minute business trip and had to move my whole schedule around- they were extremely accommodating! I can't say how great the staff is. The building also has great amenities.
