They are very thorough with their decision making process, they are also always on top of all the issues, very prompt with their responses and they always keep all the lines of communication open from top to bottom with their team. I have worked a lot personally with Kelli Smith, she is a great person with great management skills and great knowledge, she is always looking into how to make the property better.
