  Our complex recently transitioned to be with this company. There have been so many issues since then. Things would be fixed within a reasonable timeframe. Now, you have to jump through hoops just to get in contact with someone. Paying such a high monthly HOA fee feels ridiculous.

  [Jan 2020] They have been awful for the shipyard in SF. No one responds. There is no follow through or reciprocal communication. Just one way requests through Townsquare with no return communication.
