- EEERICKApr 22, 20265.0I’ve been living at **The Trails at San Dimas Apartment Homes** for almost two years now, and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and a great place to call home. One of the biggest reasons I’ve enjoyed living here is the property manager, **Wendy Lamas**. She is truly a great person—very professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes a big difference knowing management is attentive and supportive. I’ve had such a positive experience that now my daughter is actually looking to move here as well. That says a lot about the quality of this community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

Wendy is the most incredible person, she’s always gone above and beyond to be courteous and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about this complex. Although I’m leaving due to work. I will always consider this place in the future if my work location changed back. Loved living here! Such a quiet and respectful community. Never dealt with any issues here.

It's a health code safety violation the dog park they don't have functioning water it's a cesspool that can potentially get your dog sick. I've lived here for 4 months and they have never fixed that.
