  I absolutely LOVED my experience at West Park while living on the sister property. I lived on the sister property, so I was able to utilize the amenities at westpark, such as the game room, gym, and other seating areas. I've also met amazing people throughout the community. I had a secret hiding spot to complete my online degree assignments. I loved how clean the amenities were. I created my fitness content in the gym and got absolutely no complaints. West Park has a mini movie theatre, which my daughter loved as well. My daughter and I enjoyed grabbing our vanilla and hot cocoa every night as well. Erick in leasing was also very helpful when it came to finding a certain location within westpark. West Park was family-oriented; I also felt safe and secure, although I did not live on the property; that was the experience I encountered while utilizing the amenities.

  I recently moved back after living here three years ago, and I’m so happy to be back! Eric and Riena are always amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The property is clean, well cared for, and the community is so friendly. 🤍✨

  We just moved here on 8/18/26 - so we've been here about a week. Its been fantastic in so many ways, including the property management team in the sales office. After the initial week, I had a list of about 7-8 items that needed to be addressed maintenance-wise. Some were simple fixes like outlets not working, and a broken cabinet hinge in the bathroom. Others were more intensive - changing the lock on the storage closet/room outisde (house key wouldn't work), fixing a fridge that wouldn't chill appropriately, and a washer that had worn bearings (EXTREMELY LOUD during spin cycle). I was surprised that the NEXT DAY Guillermo(memo), and Carlos showed up at 10:00 am with a cart of tools. These guys were kind, professional, transparent, and smooth like Sade - Within 1.5 hours they were able to fix essentially every issue - from changing the lock, to a cleaning/maintenance service on the fridge, and diagnosing the washer and getting it on its way to health. I NEVER thought that apartment support teams here would be so accessible, transparent, available, and super helpful - Its my first time in an apartment, and they have blown my expectations away already. Thanks so much Westpark Sales/Maintenance team - you guys are awesome!

  We couldn't be happier with our experience so far, and a huge part of that is thanks to our leasing manager, Shamar! From the very beginning of our apartment search through move-in, she was incredibly thorough, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right unit. At no point did it ever feel like she was just trying to fill a vacant unit or make a sale. Instead, she took the time to understand what we were looking for, showed us multiple options, answered every question, and helped us find the perfect unit for our needs. Beyond being amazing at her job, Shamar is simply a joy to work with. She's bubbly, kind, funny, and made what can often be a stressful process feel exciting and easy. What really impressed me was that she even went above and beyond to help my best friend and former roommate find her own apartment in the same community. That level of care and dedication is rare and speaks volumes about how much she truly cares about the residents she works with. We've absolutely loved living here so far. The staff has been attentive and responsive, the community has been welcoming and friendly, and it's been such a positive experience from day one. If you're considering living here, I can't recommend it enough, and if you get to work with Shamar, you're in excellent hands!

  I have to say, I just moved here and I have lived in apartments all my life and have never had an experience as good as I have had here. For starters, if I could recommend anyone to coordinate with on the touring, application, paperwork and getting an actual apartment, Georgia is number 1. When you move somewhere new there’s always questions, adjustments, etc. Literally on the spot responses. Stops what she’s doing to help. I cannot rave enough about the experience she has given me here. Second, the maintenance team, specifically Ivan, so kind, so helpful just pleasant and knows all the ins and outs of the apartment that you need. I’d say lastly and certainly not least, Raina who I think is the building manager, has coordinated and communicated with me and worked with me so much. I really cannot thank this building and community enough. It’s like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I will be recommending people to live here that I know going forward. Thank you all. There’s nothing like the feeling of being taken care of in your home. Immense gratitude.
