  I am giving this apartment complex 1 star, and that single star is not for the building itself, it’s nice, have a great location. But The management deserves 0. At this point, I genuinely do not understand why the management office exists. They are reactive at best and completely ineffective when it comes to solving actual problems. My apartment faces the courtyard with the pool and BBQ area. Recently, someone has repeatedly left the gas grills on late at night, often after 11 PM. The smell of gas rises directly into my apartment. This is not only a major safety hazard and potential fire risk, but also a serious health concern for residents. I reported this multiple times. Management’s solution? Sending out emails. That’s it. No enforcement, no monitoring, no cameras, no real action. The problem continues. Another example: a weekly food delivery worth hundreds of dollars was marked as delivered but never arrived at my door. I assumed it had been stolen. A few days later, I walked into the office and discovered my box sitting there with spoiled food inside. Nobody from management bothered to call, text, or email me to let me know they had my package. And these are not isolated incidents. Management has entered my phone number incorrectly multiple times, causing building access codes to stop working. They also assigned me a parking space that had already been assigned to another resident, forcing them to rewrite my lease agreement because of their mistake. There is a constant pattern of incompetence, lack of communication, and failure to follow through on even the most basic responsibilities. Residents pay premium San Diego rent prices and deserve better than a management team that consistently creates problems instead of solving them. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

  Last week I moved into one of the beautiful apartments at West Park Civita. Shamar and the rest of the office team have all been highly accommodating, responsive and welcoming in the process of getting situated into a new home. I am grateful to be a part of such a prestigious community.

  Loving my experience living at West Park. The service here is unmatched — the team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. What says the most about West Park is that I previously lived here for 2 years before needing to relocate to Northern California, and when I decided to move back to San Diego, there was no question in my mind — the only place I wanted to live was at West Park. A special thank you to Shamar Davis, whose welcoming and friendly personality immediately stood out throughout the leasing process. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and made the entire experience seamless. The amenities are great and always maintained. The apartment interiors are stylish, modern, and very well kept, and the entire community consistently reflects pride in upkeep and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury apartment and management team that feels like your family - this is home!

  Shamar was absolutely amazing during my move into Westpark! She is so personable, outgoing, sweet, and incredibly knowledgeable at her job. From the beginning, she made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. She was always helpful, answered every question my mother and I had, and truly made us feel so excited about our move. Westpark is very blessed to have someone like her on their team!
