  Living at Vida has been amazing. Kimberly, Carson, Robert (while he was here), and Enrique are always so kind and helpful, but especially Enrique (the maintenance man).He always goes above and beyond to help fix whatever needs fixing as fast as possible, and he’s given me tips and tricks to save money and energy throughout my stay here. He is so sweet and kind and has developed a relationship with my family and always checks in on us. He is the best maintenance guy I’ve ever had (in over 10 years of renting)!!! I wish I could take him with me to my next place- that’s how good he is. Also, they keep everything maintained for the entire building very well and are quick to fix larger issues that would need a contractor for. Beautiful apartments, wonderful amenities, incredible staff!!

  I have absolutely loved my time at VIDA although it was only for a year. The staff are always on top of everything, especially Enriquez, the maintenance supervisor. He is so so helpful and has made the move in, maintenance, and move out process so much easier. The entire staff are some of the best residential staff I have worked with. I couldn’t recommend this apartment complex more. It’s clean, has highly quality appliances and finishes, and is very peaceful. The amenities are always clean and its pet friendly but doesn’t have any issues with pet waste in common area. It’s easy to access almost all highways and public transit from the complex. It is also located walking distance from some amazing food, walking, and night life spots. All apartments are guaranteed parking that isn’t exorbitantly expensive. There is guest parking which has been so helpful at times, along with the loading dock when moving. Once again, I highly recommend VIDA! It’s definitely worth the price.

  Enrique and Marisa are wonderful people who put their heart into understanding unit needs, especially addressing reasonable modifications in maintenance. I appreciate their skills of efficiency, listening, and kindness throughout the move in process.
