  ZERO star rating. While the amenities may seem appealing to the eye, the property management office here is awful. I've noticed two of the five star ratings here's are from the leasing agents back when this property was owned by broad stone. This property has roughly 100 units or more and everyone here knows each other. Some of these other five star ratings are from people I've never seen here, seems a bit odd. There is a lot of theft in the parking garage, cars being broken into, storage units being broken into, delivery packages stolen, etc. The property management simply replies with, "crime has no address." what does that mean? You ask them to check the cameras and miraculously enough the cameras never catch anything. (According to Vida) I don't think the cameras works. Gate was broken for months and they claimed it was special ordered and that is why they took forever to get it fixed. (They did hire a security guard to sit at the gate when the leasing office was closed but was not monitored otherwise and half the time the security was on his phone not paying attention to who was coming in or out) Hot tub is always broken, patio furniture is old and broken too, when asked to fix it they replied with, "its not on this years budget." (Meanwhile they keep boosting their rates) I wish I could post pictures on here to show proof of the responses they give you here. The person that replies to these posts also doesn't work here and she will leave a message with their contact information. Tried contacting them several times and they never response. Contacted corporate Sales-Regis, they don't reply.

  Easily the best place I have lived, Great staff and perfect location. All boxes are easily checked here. Security, amenities, parking, gym - they are all included and taken care of! Very happy with my apartment as well.

  Absolutely beautiful community with SO much to offer. North Park has never seen luxury done so immaculately!
