    I moved into my apartment about 2 weeks ago and have reported crawling ants on my bathroom counter & kitchen counters near both sinks since arriving here. I requested an Entomology check, but I have not heard back from the responsible party about resolving the issue. I received an email requesting feedback on the resolution, but the problem remains. Please reply ASAP! I'm resorting to self-help, but management needs to act.

    Why the new parking policy?? There has NEVER been a parking issue at this property. Plenty of parking for everyone. Now they are cash grabbing $40 a month to park, and only 3 visitors a month?? Make it make sense

    It took 4+ months to fix the door they repeatedly claimed was fixed. Take note of the pattern in all the negative reviews: the trend is clear and the responses do not match the reality. It is an embarrassment to have guests witness the trashcans and piles of garbage line the halls at all hours of the day and night. The courtyard "resealing from a few months ago has already deteriorated from the shoddy work consistent with managements efforts to save a penny (ironically costing more to the property in both appeal and additional costs). Just recently, the property received notification of maintenance "inspecting smoke detectors. Being present during that "inspection", it was anything but... the inspection was for the entirety of each unit. Imagine coming home only to discover someone went through each of your rooms to take maintenance notes - much more than the announced "inspecting smoke alarms". The job is to smile at you and have you sign the lease; after that, you're on your own.

    Austin came in and fixed everything. He showed us how to do the fans and lights. He fixed both shower rods. He was amazing..

    Smooth move-in experience! Everything was well organized and stress-free—and completed in about two days, which I really appreciated. Ryan was helpful, responsive, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I truly appreciate the support during the transition.
