  Izzy is a great leasing agent. He was kind, responsive, and cheerful throughout the entire application and move-in process. All of our questions were promptly answered, and he was there at every step. It was evident that he truly cares about the people he works with. I'm very happy to be living here, and I'm grateful for his help. Highly recommend! (:

  The only upside has been some of the folks who work for the maintenance team, especially Austin. I've lived here for a couple years and it makes me so upset about how this complex is kept. Trash is left all over the complex, and the management team constantly neglects it, and gives false promises over its removal. There have also been multiple new unexpected extra expenses over my time here, such as mandatory trash cans in front of our doors when the trash chute is right down the hall. The trash cans were added on as an expense and not able to decline, even though I never used mine. Then came the strange new parking permit fees and registration with absolutely no justification. I've never experienced any difficulty with parking, and yet we received emails telling us this new system was for everyone's benefit. The constant construction and redoing of mistakes made during construction has also been a huge concern and source of confusion. I dread using any of the elevators because they all smell fairly unpleasant. The water is shut off to my building without warning occasionally, and it seems like we have an extreme amount of work done on the pipes, but I've never known why. Honestly, one of main reason all of this bothers me so much is because the rent I pay is so unbelievably far above the experience I have had at Veranda. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Every time I go into the leasing office most of the time I have a conversation that seems productive, but once I leave it feels like what we talked about is not properly taken care of. I feel terrible for a lot of the people working in the leasing office because they seem like people who care, but the overall management of this apartment complex is insanely terrible. I am lucky enough to not have dealt with the mold that seems very prevalent here, but I certainly don't look forward to coming home.

  Lived here for about 18 months. Staff was very unhelpful, bike got stolen out of the locked bike parking garage (happened to multiple tenants), hallways always smelled, and they do not retain an active emergency maintenance number like they said they do. There was a major rainstorm and our apartment was leaking water in multiple places, calling the emergency number resulted in someone picking up who was unsure what we were calling about, and said it was the wrong number. Beyond the convenient location, I would not recommend.
