Justin, a leasing agent from the office did a spectacular job of helping me with my move. He’s extremely polite, knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his way to ensure I had the smoothest move possible. I’ve never had such a professional and helpful agent in my moving experiences. Above and beyond. Highly recommend consulting Justin.

Slow to respond to the emergency, no clear information or conversation regarding the work that needed to be completed.

I went to this place as a potential Occupant. The staff in the inside were extremely rude and dead in the inside. They came across as extremely hostile, which created an atmosphere that was dark. It smelled of hot garbage inside the place as well. Not to mention the homeless people sitting right outside the residence and the dozens of other R&B randoms, wondering in and out. I could keep going, but you get the point.

Roaches, roaches everywhere in the common areas! I’ve lived in this apartment for three years, and every summer the problem gets worse. It’s honestly embarrassing to invite friends or family over because I never know when a roach will show up. I’m a clean freak, so seeing roaches around the building really upsets me. Management charges luxury high-rise prices, but they can’t seem to maintain one of the most basic expectations—a clean, pest-controlled building. The biggest issue is that management refuses to provide regular pest control treatment in the common areas. It doesn’t matter what floor you live on because roaches can travel throughout the building. Treating individual apartments alone is not enough if the common areas are not properly maintained. For the amount residents pay to live here, management should take this issue much more seriously.

This apartment building needs to give serious attention to the roach problem ASAP. They never spray the common areas for pests. I have complained multiple times, and their excuse is that pets live in the common areas. That is very unprofessional. They can easily schedule pest control in advance and notify pet owners before spraying. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, if the common areas are not properly treated, roaches will eventually make their way into residents’ homes. That is not acceptable for downtown high-rise living. My friend also lived here for many years and experienced the same problem. They also do not use air conditioning in the common hallways during the summer. In an older building, the hot hallways can create conditions that allow pests to thrive. Roaches can also travel through cracks, walls, and shared spaces in older buildings. Treating individual apartments alone does not solve the problem if management refuses to treat the common areas as well. Effective pest control requires both private units and common areas to be properly maintained.
