He is straightforward, attentive, and very helpful. Everyone on the Vera Cortez team has been polite and nice. There were a few minor issues, but the team responded quickly and provided the best service possible. At this point, the only issue I have is the neighbor above me making a lot of noise. I am not sure what I should do about it. Other than that, I have not had any serious issues since I moved in. Thank you again to the Vera Cortez team for all your help and support.
