  Constant dog pee in the elevators and management does little to nothing about it. Elevators are nearly always down.

  Tha constant smell of trash is overwhelming. In the elevators and the p2 mail room. Also the elevators are constantly breaking down. Please address these matters.

  I have been living here 5 months now and I can’t wait for my lease to be finish. They have great customer service respond to work orders in a timely manner. The apartment layout is nice, with hardwood floors and modern appliances. Nice amenities; the corner store is a plus. However, the ventilation is not good no central ventilation: there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so the rooms get very hot (uncomfortable) even in the living room is sometimes hot even with the window ac, the apartment especially the bathroom and room always smell like weed (i don’t smoke and it is non smoking facility). Also, the smell inside the building (common areas) and parking structure is horrible (hate it) ,I am embarrassed to have guests because it be smelling like feces, urine and carcasses and we only get one free parking (most households have two cars), elevators always broken. If these issues were to be addressed the apartment would perfect.

  I am loving it here! The property is greatly managed! With cleaning staff 24/7 and security. Also the maintenance team is very prompt to resolve any maintenance issues. The residents are friendly and everyone respects each other. The leasing team is awesome, specially Mia! She is amazing and made sure everything went as smooth as possible during my move in!

  Despite some minor issues with the building, such as the elevator and broken cabinets, I overall stay was decent for the rent amount and even referred several friends. However, the main issue that frustrated me was not receiving our deposit back. We were charged for hefty cleaning and painting fees after staying for less than a year, which felt unreasonable. What was even more frustrating was the move-out process. I scheduled a pre-move out inspection three times, and they failed to show up each time. I attempted to contact the leasing office but received zero response. My roommate is currently deployed, and I am relocating overseas for military orders, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating.
