  Working with Val was honestly a great experience. Val is extremely knowledgeable, technical, and clearly knows his job inside and out. What stood out most was how quick he was to respond every time no matter the question, he was always on top of it and kept everything moving smoothly. He’s also super kind and easy to work with, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful to us. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely kind, but Val was exactly that. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a sharp, responsive realtor. Thank you so much, Val!

  Val is an extraordinary realtor. He is knowledgeable, due to his many years of experience and personal participation in all aspects of the business. He has uncanny knowledge down to the smallest details of the local market. Val was invaluable in helping shepherd us through the process of the purchase, sharing his knowledge freely to ensure our path went smoothly. I was impressed by how sharp he was in the negotiation: he cleverly forestalled a bidding war which let us buy the home at a great price. Also impressive is his patience and good humor: he listens to you closely and never minds his clients' tensions and emotions. And once the deal is done he has a whole roster of plumbers and electricians and the like to call upon. There is a particular pleasure in watching someone who is really good do their thing--that's how I felt at every moment, with Val. I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. He is a true genius.
