  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Izanna and the team at TRU Bankers Hill. From the very beginning, Izanna went above and beyond to help me find and secure my apartment. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions I had (and trust me, I had a lot!), she always answered promptly, thoroughly, and with such professionalism. What impressed me most was that Izanna truly knows her stuff. She made what could have been a stressful apartment search feel seamless and manageable. She was honest, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. In all honesty, she is the single biggest reason I am living here today. Now that I've moved in, I can confidently say that I love living at TRU Bankers Hill. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The residents have been respectful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere has exceeded my expectations. It's been a wonderful place to call home. Izanna deserves special recognition for the exceptional work she does. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about the people she helps. Employees like her are rare, and she is a tremendous asset to this property. Give this woman another raise—she has absolutely earned it! Thank you, Izanna, for making this experience such a positive one. I am incredibly grateful for all of your help.

  My experience here at Tru Bankers Hill has been a great experience. Isaac has been amazing from getting me into the unit I wanted to any small work order in my apartment. Thank you Isaac and I appreciate you.

  I didn't rent from this community but I wanted to say thank you to Ashleigh, the lease specialist. She was very friendly and helpful. I connected with her with the help of another lease specialist. She gave me all the available properties they had and followed up with me to know my decision. I highly recommend asking for her help if you are interested in the community.

  I just moved out of this building and was a bit surprised at how much they charge at move-out for cleaning (floors and apartment are a separate fee) and paint. This wasn't communicated when I moved in, so just be wary you probably won't get back most of your deposit. The building was OK. The neighborhood has gotten somewhat unsafe over time, especially since they started renting out the back lot (was supposed to be an onsite grocery store) to UHaul. It just looks a bit tacky for the price they are charging for apartments here. The residents were great though and everyone has a dog, so that was a plus. But for the price, it would have been great to have some amenities and better security.

  I’m new to San deigo and I didn’t get a chance to see the apartment before I moved in. But I can say TRU makes me feel like home. The building is gorgeous, clean, well-kept, and I love new technology they implemented for security system. Everyone is so nice here and bonus for the cafe in the building :) Andrei made my move in experience so smooth/painless. He’s on top of things, well-prepared, responsive, and attentive. 5 stars for TRU. 5 stars for Andrei. Thank you!! 🙂🙏🏼
